1- Very important, No coffee. The moment I stopped drinking coffee, the smell reduced about 75%. I had been drinking decaffeinated coffee before for years but did not work at all. I do not drink soda or anything with caffeine, that I know.

Instead of coffee, I drink homemade orange juice, hot chocolate (swiss hot chocolate is gluten-free) or green tea.


2- Gluten free diet. Do not eat wheat, barley, rye or any other product containing gluten. Means, no bread, crackers, cookies, unless are prepared with gluten-free flour. Once in a while, eat regular pizza, but mostly I eat Udi's (gluten-free)


3- No soy protein. Read labels, Soy lecithin is ok, according to the allergy network. Soy made my body smell terrible.

- Very important: Coconut milk, extra virgin coconut oil,  coconut shampoo, coconut body wash, coconut conditioner, and anything that has coconut in it. Coconut has caprylic acid, lauric acid and capric acid that kills all the yeast and other bugs that are in our body causing bad odor, plus if you do not eat gluten, you are starving them, so you are cleaning your body.

4 - Mix cinnamon and honey, make a paste and eat it first thing in the morning. (I mix it,  plus add coconut oil and coconut milk, so there is no chance for the yeast to survive,


5- Finally, I make Paud'arco tea with cinnamon, honey coconut milk, extra virgin coconut oil and take early in the morning, so no bugs can survive in my body.

Careful, The die-off is very strong, and sometimes you have to slow it down.

I hope that whoever is having body odor and going through all the suffering and shame I went through until 65, try this and see how it works.


The honey, cinnamon, extra virgin olive oil, plus rinsing your mouth with 50/50 peroxide eliminates bad breath, because they kill the cause of it, unless it comes from bad teeth, and sometimes even if there are bad teeth because they kill the cause of it.
