" whosoever will "

The Bereans "received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so" (Acts 17:10-11).

July 24th AWMI.net

R.S.V.P.

Luke 14:16, 23 "Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many: ...And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled."

The man who made the supper symbolizes God who has invited "whosoever will" to come to Him. The parable teaches that it is not God who fails to offer salvation to everyone, but rather it is the invited guests who reject God's offer.

These people had feeble excuses just like the excuses of those today who don't accept God's offer of salvation. Therefore, the Lord's Marriage Supper of the Lamb will be furnished with "undesirables" from the world's point of view, not because God rejects the upper class, but because they reject Him.
Those who have an abundance of this world's possessions don't tend to recognize their need for God as much as those who are without.

Jesus' parable could also be applied to the Jewish nation. God offered salvation to the Jews but they, as a whole, refused Him. Therefore, the Lord sent His servants to the Gentiles to fill His kingdom.

This very parable proves that the Lord is not advocating us using force to convert people to Christianity, because this man accepted the decision of those who rejected his invitation. Therefore, it must be understood that the Lord is admonishing us to compel them to come in by our persuasion or entreaty. The word "compel" denotes aggressiveness, even in persuading of people.

The Church, as a whole, and all of us as individuals are not supposed to simply hang out our "shingle" and wait for the world to come to us.
We are supposed to be aggressively going into all the world with the Good News. We have an urgent command to be a witness because the time before our Lord's return is short.

    =================================

{ Why? Because God has placed certain people upon your pathway and here is where you should seek to serve and not live in a selfish manner as most of the world! }

Once you understand that it is only through your Faith {belief} that you will ever be able to gain a relationship with Almighty God through the Gospel and Life Of Christ!

The Roman Road leads to the Eternity of God - You have an invitation - but will you accept it?

12:1  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
12:2  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
12:3  For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

*** Therefore you have a choice dear friend!

You will not be able to blame God, or anyone else!!

medical caused Autism?

A Moralmatters Reader shares the following:

Very important 27-minute video (below):

The narrator has discovered that alternative medicine doctors have learned that a destructive protein (Nagalase) is being introduced into babies and tiny children through vaccines and this is the cause of Autism in most of these children.
A European company has discovered a cure (GcMAF) that reverses the effects of Nagalase. and heals children afflicted with vaccine-induced Autism.
The company has been marketing GcMAF in Europe, some alternative medicine doctors in the USA have been obtaining GcMAF from Europe illegally, and those doctors have had success helping their patients to recover.
These doctors are being “disappeared.” Each one who has died under questionable circumstances was previously visited by someone in the FDA.
This video is well worth your time to hear because the narrator explains the situation very well. You will understand the significance of what he has discovered if you listen to the video.

Where angels fear to tread

Once you come to know the real Truth then it is stupid and personally dangerous to go on living a Lie!

Yet the world is full of fools who do not know, or do not read, or listen, or do not care - because they have no boundaries!

You would think that they would learn from either personal experience or watching how others come to live a productive - God Blessed life!

" Fools rush in where Angels fear to tread. "

This earthly existence is based upon a pathway of decisions..

At first when young;  it is primarily parents and mentors - then as you grow it becomes your decisions and consequences...

The key is hopefully not become bogged down by fruitless directives or burdened by self centered actions... You should learn how to interface with your environment and then using your God given intelligence - become aware of your personal choices and then choose the Right and Holy things in Eternity!

All else is a failure to communicate!

Negro Spirituals in the Fabric of the USA - 1

Having  Been born over 50 years ago in {South GA} on one cold January morning -  just like in the great southern song " Dixie " -  I have heard many Negro Spirituals all my life...
Most of them are very descriptive and uplifting about life upon this earth! {But  not just for Blacks - because all of us share this planet and life here!}  These songs formed part of the Southern US culture and transcend the recent " race provocations " because they were about people and our dealing with life's problems...
They were not just some racial thing but actually part of the fabric of the United States of America...

Here are some I remember and have sang often:

  --------------------------------------

" Oh happy day "

" Swing low sweet chariot "

" Were you there when they crucified my Lord?'

“We Shall Overcome”

“This Little Light of Mine”

Almost all the first Africans who arrived in the New World were slaves. They generally came from several regions of the African West Coast.
Their ways of living were described by slaves themselves, in some narratives. They had to work either in plantations or in town.

**  Historical note:  Of course almost a majority of the southern people{except for the Indians} worked either in towns or on farm and plantations...

Slavery was an important issue facing Churches, as many slaves were allowed to meet for Christian services. Some Christian ministers, such as J. D. Long, wrote against slavery.

Rural slaves used to stay after the regular worship services, in churches or in plantation “praise houses”, for singing and dancing. But, some slaveholders did not allow dancing and playing drums, as usual in Africa. Therefore some had meetings at secret places (“camp meetings”, “bush meetings”), because they needed to meet one another and share their joys, pains and hopes.
In rural meetings, thousands slaves were gathered and listened to itinerant preachers, and sang spirituals, for hours. In the late 1700s, they sang the precursors of spirituals, which were called
“corn ditties”.

So, in rural areas, spirituals were sung, mainly outside of churches.
In cities, about 1850, the Protestant City-Revival Movement created a new song genre {Southern Gospel}, which was popular; for revival meetings organized by this movement, temporary tents were erected in stadiums, where the attendants could sing.
At church, hymns and psalms were sung during services.
Some of them were transformed into songs of a typical African American form: they are "Dr Watts”.

The lyrics of negro spirituals were tightly linked with the lives of their authors: slaves.
While work songs dealt only with their daily life, spirituals were inspired by the message of Jesus Christ and his Good News (Gospel) of the Bible, “You can be saved”.
They are different from hymns and psalms, because they were a way of sharing the conditions of being a slave.

Between 1865 and 1925

Slavery was abolished for Negroes in 1865. Yet still existed for American Indians in the western  U.S. territories until 1912;  when statehood removed it in New Mexico and Arizona.  Both young Indian men and women were sold and traded with the consent of the US Army in the territories...

Some Negroes were allowed to go to school and graduate. At Fisk University, one of the first universities for Blacks in Nashville (Tennessee), some educators decided to raise funds for supporting their institution. So, some educators and students made tours in both the New World and in Europe, and sang negro spirituals (Fisk Jubilee Singers).

Other Black universities had also singers of negro spirituals: Tuskegee Institute, etc.

Just after 1865, many of Negroes did not want to remember the songs they sung in hard days of slavery. Even when ordinary people sang negro spirituals, they were not proud to do so.

In the 1890s, Holiness and Sanctified churches appeared, of which was the Church of God in Christ. In these churches, the influence of African traditions was in evidence.
These churches were heirs to shouts, hand clapping, foot-stomping and jubilee songs, like it was in plantation “praise houses”.
At the same time, some composers arranged negro spirituals in a new way, which was similar to the European classical music.
Some artists, mainly choruses, went abroad (in Europe and Africa) and sang negro spirituals. At the same time, ministers like Charles A. Tindley, in Philadelphia, and their churches sang exciting church songs that they copyrighted.

Between 1925 and 1985

In the 1920s, the Black Renaissance was an artist movement concerning poetry and music. “It was an evidence of a renewed race-spirit that consciously and proudly sets itself apart”, explained Alan Locke.
So, the use of dialect was taboo, in this movement. The “race-spirit” infused the work of musicians and writers like Langston Hughes.
For the first time, Blacks realized that their roots ran very deep in the land of their birth {USA}.

The Black Renaissance had some influence on the way of singing and interpreting negro spirituals. First, the historical meaning of these songs were put forward. Then, singers were pushed to be more educated.
For example, in early Twentieth century, boys used to sing negro spirituals in schoolyards. Their way of singing was not sophisticated. But educators thought that negro spirituals are musical pieces, which must be interpreted as such.

New groups were formed, such as the Highway QC’s (QC : Quincy College), and sung harmonized negro spirituals.

This constant improvement of negro spirituals gave birth to another type of Christian songs. These were inspired by the Bible (mainly the Gospel of Christ) and related to the daily life.

Thomas A. Dorsey was the first who composed such new songs. He called them Gospel songs, but some people say “Dorseys”. He is considered as being the Father of Gospel music.

It is of interest to see that, during this period, blacks began to leave the South and went North. Then, Gospel songs were more and more popular in Northern towns, like Chicago.

Between 1915 and 1925, many Black singers, like Paul Robeson, performed either at church or on stage, or even in movies, then negro spirituals were considered mainly as traditional songs. In the late 1930s, Sister Rosetta Tharpe dared sing Gospel songs in a nightclub. This was the very start of singing Gospel songs in many kinds of places: churches, theaters, concert halls. The number of quartets was high, at that time.

At the same time, some preachers and their congregations were also famous; some of them recorded negro spirituals and Gospel songs. Ministers, like James Cleveland, made tours with their choruses, in the United States and abroad.

In the late 1950s and early 1960s, before and during rallies for Civil Rights, demonstrators sang negro spirituals.
For example, “We Shall Overcome” and “This Little Light of Mine” were popular

After 1985

The first Dr Martin Luther King's Day was celebrated in 1985; it became a national holiday in 1992.  This event is a milestone in the history of African American: it shows that the Black African American community is a part of the US nation. This Day is included in the month, when Black History is celebrated through various events.

Since that first King’s Day, Negro spirituals have been considered as being pieces of the American heritage. So, they are often in the programs of events reminding Black History.

It appears that today everyone may perform Gospel music in the United States. The main issue is to know how to improve the Black African American integrity in singing negro spirituals and other Christian songs.

WHAT'S IT TO BE ??

Some key questions about our present Federal Government position!

   ------------------------------------------------------------

Charles Payne opens his interview of Lt Col Allen West with the politically incorrect observation that the Chattanooga terrorist was Muslim, asking if the best way to stop Muslim extremism is to address it and talk about it out in the open.

West says there is nothing provocative about stating who the enemy is and we cannot continue along the path of political correctness and not admit that we are fighting Islamic jihad-ism. He reminds us of the June 2009 Little Rock Army recruiting station attack and the Ft Hood shooting by Nidal Hasan five months later. That incident is still misclassified by the complicit Obama regime as workplace violence.

Col West asks, “When is it going to come a time when the ‘commander-in-chief’ will break his silence and finally say the thing that everyone knows, that we have a domestic problem with Islamic jihad-ism here and that ISIS has infiltrated this country by way of social media network?”

West recommends using our informational systems as well as financial pressure and then apply the iron fist of our military to “squash it.”

He also points to the idiocy of Obama’s Pentagon comments that you can’t defeat an ideology with just bullets, but only with ideas. West points out that bullets worked pretty well against Nazism, Fascism and Communism.

West also points to the misconception and mislabeling of racial profiling in association with Islamic terrorism, noting that Islam is not a race nor is it restricted to a single race of people.

================================

Now from a recent blog post:

"Even prior to 9-11, thousands of Americans have been killed or seriously wounded it attacks from Muzzies.
Remember the USS Cole, US embassy bombings, German night club attack, Beirut, and even RFK?

Yet, this administration, and many others, refuse to call Islam what it is, but instead what it isn't... a "religion of peace".  {it is a false demeaning religious system of total control!}

They say that most don't understand their religion, that it's been corrupted by just a few who have distorted it's ideology.

To that, I have to say, look at Islam's history of war and inhumane treatment of others. Look at the words behind Mohammad, and the real meaning of the Qur'an.

It's about caliphate, the destruction of Jews and Christians, and the central governing of Islamic law through Sharia throughout the entire world.

For this to happen, both Israel and America have to be destroyed and taken over. This they will not stop trying to accomplish until the (prophesy) task has been completed. Even if they must start WW III using nukes!

GET THIS THROUGH YOUR HEAD, PEOPLE... ISLAMIC'S ARE NOT, NOR WILL they EVER BE OUR FRIENDS!

IT IS NOW THEM OR US, SO WHAT'S IT TO BE?"

JESUS, THE WISDOM OF GOD

JESUS, THE WISDOM OF GOD

Luke 11:49 "Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute."

LUKE 11:46-49

This phrase "Therefore also said the wisdom of God," is a part of Luke's narrative and not the words of Jesus. Luke is saying that Jesus is the wisdom of God, a truth well-established in scripture.

There is no way to access the wisdom of God except through Jesus. Until a person receives Christ, he is missing the only source of true wisdom. Men and women are incapable of receiving the wisdom of God, but those who submit themselves to God have access to the wisdom of God on their own, through the Holy Spirit. We must be dependent upon the Holy Spirit to receive the wisdom of God in our lives.

A Christian who has not received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit can have some revelation knowledge, but it will be limited. One of the greatest evidences that an individual has received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is the tremendous amount of God's wisdom that becomes available to him.

The truths of the Gospel, and the power of God that these truths release, can only be imparted through the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Human wisdom, regardless of how eloquent it is, cannot convey the life of God. Much of the preaching of the Gospel today is done in man's wisdom. It's impressive to the carnal mind, but it leaves the spirit starving for the touch of God. The greatest need among ministers today is not to have more of the world's education, but to receive the revelation knowledge of the Holy Spirit.

Only words spoken by the Spirit of God can reach the spirit of man. Spiritual thoughts have to be spoken with spiritual words (1 Cor. 2:13).

When the truth comes out - Part 2 of forever!

Instead of finding freedom in self-forgetfulness, we continue to view ourselves through others' eyes, in a practice fittingly called self-objectification. It casts us as objects in our own lives, not as agents of change, which is what we, as children of the God of restoration, have been called to become.

Whether our desire is to be seen or to be unseen, fixating on how others view us isn't a healthy way to live. Being a Christian woman doesn't mean putting a Christian twist on the things that our culture expects of us. It means trading up for something better. As we're bombarded with the belief that women are decorative rather than powerful, we need something else to hold on to—to remember that Christ has a vision for each of us that's better we've allowed ourselves to believe.

As we're inundated with conflicting messages about what the body is for, we need a compelling alternative. Unsure of how to cope, our solution often is just to submit ourselves to rules upon rules, all the while feeling uneasy in our skin.

In rediscovering our bodies as good, the conversation about modesty becomes less about shame and more about restoration. In those frequently quoted biblical passages on modesty, the authors don't create a set of culturally-bound standards and leave it at that.

They praise a woman's strength and inner beauty, acknowledging these traits as timeless and godly—values that have survived countless debates on outer "modesty."

My prayer is that we'll pursue modesty heart-first as a tribute to creation, in an effort to live at peace with one another, and—understanding that only God knows our hearts—in freedom.

When the truth comes out - Part 1 of forever!

Martin Luther King Jr. gave specific advice to a young man dealing with same-sex attraction. (Courtesy)

Ever notice how the secular left conveniently omits the fact that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a devout Christian minister?
While, historically, there have certainly been apostate “Christians” who, in the name of Christ, have abused and taken out of context certain biblical passages to support slavery, segregation, racism and other evils—it has been, without fail, true Christians, that is, Bible-believing Christians of every race, color and creed, who have led the charge in defense of all legitimate human (and civil) rights.

The Rev. King was one such Christian, and though he and other Christian leaders have, no doubt, welcomed aid and support from honorable and like-minded secularists over the centuries, it was and remains Christians—Bible-believing brothers and sisters like MLK, John Newton, William Wilberforce, Harriet Tubman, Dietrich Bonhoeffer and more—who have, indisputably, embodied the most effective and well-known of all humanitarian and civil rights activists.

Even so, in recent decades, sadly, and in what amounts to a sort of soft racism, a mostly white, hard-left movement of secular extremists has managed to hijack MLK’s Christian legacy and invoke his character-based “dream” to advance their own anti-Christian agenda and behavior-based nightmare. I am referring, of course, to homosexual activism (in other words, the push for so-called “gay marriage” and “gay rights”), which, by its very nature, and unlike MLK’s “dream,” is a wholly counter-biblical endeavor.

On all issues, particularly issues relating to morality and human rights, God’s word is the plumb line by which all truth is measured. “The moral law or the law of God,” as MLK called it, was, in fact, his exclusive guidepost and primary motivation. From a biblical standpoint, racism is objectively immoral, and Rev. King understood this—so he spent his entire life, gave his life in fact, working to secure civil and human rights for racial minorities.

Similarly, from a biblical standpoint, homosexual behavior, or “the sin of Sodom” as it’s oft referred, is likewise objectively immoral (along with its oxymoronic offshoot: counterfeit “same-sex marriage”). Jesus defined marriage for us. His definition is reflected in the spiritual, biological and in-every-other-way-self-evident order of His divinely defined design.

“‘Haven’t you read,’ he replied, ‘that at the beginning the Creator “made them male and female,” and said, “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh”? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate'” (Matt. 19:4-6).

Homosexuality is mock sexuality.

And “gay marriage” is mock marriage.
So-called “gay rights” represent nothing more than moral wrongs. Homosexual sin has nothing whatsoever to do with civil rights and, based upon what we know of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., he would have wholeheartedly agreed. While he said little in public on the issue, what he did say made his viewpoint abundantly clear.

But don’t take my word for it. Unlike the “LGBT” lobby, I’ll let Dr. King speak for himself. In 1958, while writing an advice column for Ebony Magazine, Rev. King responded to a young “gay” man looking for guidance. To avoid being accused of “cherry-picking,” here’s the exchange in its entirety:

Question: My problem is different from the ones most people have. I am a boy, but I feel about boys the way I ought to feel about girls. I don’t want my parents to know about me. What can I do? Is there any place where I can go for help?

Answer: Your problem is not at all an uncommon one. However, it does require careful attention. The type of feeling that you have toward boys is probably not an innate tendency, but something that has been culturally acquired. Your reasons for adopting this habit have now been consciously suppressed or unconsciously repressed. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with this problem by getting back to some of the experiences and circumstances that led to the habit. In order to do this I would suggest that you see a good psychiatrist who can assist you in bringing to the forefront of conscience all of those experiences and circumstances that led to the habit. You are already on the right road toward a solution, since you honestly recognize the problem and have a desire to solve it.

No amount of leftist spin can muddy Dr. King’s lucid position on the homosexual lifestyle. He recognized it as a “culturally acquired” “problem” in need of a “solution”—a “habit” stemming from a series of negative “experiences and circumstances.”

Although homosexual activists desperately cling to the fact that, after his death, Dr. King’s wife, Coretta Scott King, did voice some level of support for the homosexualist political agenda, the undeniable reality remains that, based upon his own words, Dr. King supported neither homosexual conduct nor “LGBT” political activism.

Neither would he have supported same-sex “marriage.”

To be sure, in 2005 Rev. King’s daughter, Bernice King, led a march to her father’s graveside in support of a constitutional amendment to defend natural marriage. Sharing his position on the issue, she later said that her famous father “did not take a bullet for same-sex marriage.”

Indeed, it strains credulity to suggest that MLK, a man of the Bible, would have thrown his weight behind a political movement bent on justifying unbiblical sexual appetites and behaviors that he properly identified as “a problem” demanding “a solution”—a “type of feeling” that requires “careful attention,” up to and including “see(ing) a good psychiatrist.”

No, MLK was a Christian minister who both embraced and articulated the biblical “love the sinner, hate the sin” model on homosexuality. Every Christian should follow his lead. After all, it is the lead set by Christ Himself.
And so, how would MLK have responded to the Supreme Court’s recent opinion presuming to invent a “constitutional right” to sodomy-based “marriage”?
It’s clear how he would have responded.

In his “letter from the Birmingham jail,” Rev. King famously declared, “One has not only a legal, but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.”

“A just law is a man-made code that squares with the moral law or the law of God,” he explained. “An unjust law is a code that is out of harmony with the moral law.”

As it was with the national sin of systemic racism, there can be few things more “out of harmony with the moral law” than the inherently immoral notion of sodomy-based “marriage.”

And so the good reverend would have opposed it.

Quite likely, he would have led the charge against it.

 Learn the truth...

If you take time to notice just about every-time some thing destructive  happens -  {especially if race can be involved}  the Liberal Mass Media plays it up for more domination and government control...

God gave each of us freedom of choice - while evil of the Devil means less liberty and more control...    Which is exactly how this is being played out!!

From:    (Conservative Tribune)

After Dylann Roof allegedly massacred nine black men and women in Charleston, S.C., the liberal mainstream media began a campaign against the Confederate flag on the premise that it represented racism and that anybody who supported it was therefore a racist bigot.
** Which is a false statement!

What the media never did, however, was listen to the Sons of Confederate Veterans, an association of descendants of former Confederate soldiers.
“Historical fact shows there were Black Confederate soldiers,” members of the group wrote in a statement to the public. “These brave men fought in the trenches beside their White brothers, all under the Confederate Battle Flag.”
The group’s membership roll also includes Native Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanics, Christians and Jews, all of whom “fought on behalf of the Confederacy because “they believed southern independence was right.”
“The love and defense of the South’s symbols, culture, and heritage is not hate,” the group added. “It is knowing and understanding of the truth.”
Alas, the liberal mainstream media hates truth, which is why it diligently tried to “distort Confederate symbols in an attempt to make them stand for hatred and disillusion.”
Yet nothing about the Sons of Confederate Veterans radiates hatred.
** For instance, the group hosts a strict policy that prohibits anyone with racist views or ties to racist organizations from being granted membership.
Roof was never associated with the group, for example, nor would he have even been allowed entry into the prestigious organization.
The fact is that the Confederate flag has nothing to do with racism and everything to do with history and heritage. If liberals cared about the truth, they would admit this. But they only care about politics and political agendas   -   (H/T Breitbart).
It’s sad, because, as the Sons of Confederate Veterans wrote,
“Not knowing your heritage is ignorance.”
And, since liberals apparently don’t know their heritage … well, you can do the math.

Great deception upon them

You can believe a lie - become sold out to Satan  and be damned...

2 THESSOLONIANS 2:11-17
11 So God will send great deception upon them, and they will believe all these lies.
12 Then they will be condemned for not believing the truth and for enjoying the evil they do.
13 As for us, we always thank God for you, dear brothers and sisters loved by the Lord. We are thankful that God chose you to be among the first to experience salvation, a salvation that came through the Spirit who makes you holy and by your belief in the truth.
14 He called you to salvation when we told you the Good News; now you can share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15 With all these things in mind, dear brothers and sisters, stand firm and keep a strong grip on everything we taught you both in person and by letter.
16 May our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father, who loved us and in his special favor gave us everlasting comfort and good hope,
17 comfort your hearts and give you strength in every good thing you do and say

The world spins at the pleasure of the Lord God and the things we sense in this physical seen world pale compared to the yet unseen eternal spiritual existence...  All thing in the seen world existed first in the Spiritual world - so to speak!

Therefore it behooves us to seek out Lord God and prepare for our one day face to face
" come to Jesus Meeting "  - where you will know everything you have ever done in this earthly life!
It will the the Good, the Bad and the Ugly...
More like a personal video of your earthly existence!
Every action, word and thought - out in the open!
I do not believe  that you will be able to say anything then - but if your name is not listed in the
" Lambs - Jesus 's " Book of Life "  then your departure is set for the Outer Darkness ...
{ where alone in isolation you will spend your eternity! }
