Yesterday, I spoke about the importance of reading your Bible, but even greater is the need to understand it! So, tell me, how many books have you read on quantum physics lately?
I haven't read any, why? because I have no interest, and I don't understand it, Reading anything that you have no interest in is a waste of time, most certainly if you don't understand it, and that's the case for reading The Bible.
Why do people cling to their false interpretation bibles?
why, because the don't understand The King James Bible. You must understand that your lack of understanding is by the design of the author Almighty God for His purpose.
Why would God not want His creation to read and understand His Word, that makes no sense?
When you realize that everything is by design, by God's design, is when you will realize the answer to your question.
The answer is as simple as submission to God's will and obedience to His Word. Anything that you want bad enough will come with stipulations, it will require something of you, if you wish to win the lottery, you must first buy a ticket, if you wish to go fishing, you must buy a license and then you must abide by the laws that govern your activities. So, why is it so hard to understand God and His stipulations for understanding His Word and for having a relationship with Him?
1st Corinthians Chapters 1&2 are the instructions that are necessary to answer these questions and God provides them for free, He provides them to anyone who will seek Him and His answers to this life, so why do you continue to reject Him and His instruction???
1st Corinthians 2:1-4 KJB And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.
And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of MAN'S WISDOM, but in demonstration of the SPIRIT and of power. That your faith SHOULD NOT STAND IN THE WISDOM OF MEN, BUT IN THE POWER OF GOD. Amen.
Here Paul acknowledges that everything that he taught was at the instruction of The Holy Ghost, Even Jesus, the Son of God was led and instructed by The Holy Ghost, read Luke 4:1 KJB.
You must seek The Holy Ghost, you must receive The Holy Ghost, ye must be Born Again of The Spirit to have any relationship with God and that includes understanding The Word. 1st Corinthians 2:6-7 KJB Howbeit we speak the wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor the princes of this world, that come to naught. But we speak the wisdom of God in a MYSTERY, even the hidden wisdom,WHICH GOD ORDAINED BEFORE THE WORLD UNTO OUR GLORY. Amen.
God's final word on this matter is found in 1st Corinthians 2:9-10 KJB But it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him, But God hath REVEALED THEM TO US BY HIS SPIRIT: for The Spirit searcheth all things, yea, THE DEEP THINGS OF GOD!!! Amen.
There you have the answer, you no longer have an excuse!
