We need to walk in the Spirit - 1

**  Woke up with the impression " 881 " this morning?    -   3/11/17

Was this connected with something I should do or just a random thought?
Time will tell.... When you get an impression first you should consider it - then think on it,
 but only act only if you get a  clear direct directive or command...

I prayed about this - Then:

It then it appeared to be about

 Psalm 88:1
A song. A Psalm of the Sons of Korah. For the director of music. According to mahalath leannoth. A maskil of Heman the Ezrahite.

Psalm 88:1

1 Lord, you are the God who saves me; day and night I cry out to you.
May my prayer come before you; turn your ear to my cry.

I am overwhelmed with troubles and my life draws near to death.

 Which translates :  - LORD, you are the God who saves me; day and night I cry out to you.

 ***  I now had my answer in Psalm 88....

Note on Psalms 88:1
There was a Heman who was a contemporary of Asaph’s, the chief psalmist of David. He is the one who wrote this Psalm. Heman was one of the singers who brought up the Ark into Jerusalem for David (1 Chronicles 15:15-19).

15 - And the Levites carried the ark of God with the poles on their shoulders, as Moses had commanded in accordance with the word of the LORD
16 -  David told the leaders of the Levites to appoint their fellow Levites as musicians to make a joyful sound with musical instruments: lyres, harps and cymbals.
17 -  So the Levites appointed Heman son of Joel; from his relatives, Asaph son of Berekiah; and from their relatives the Merarites, Ethan son of Kushaiah;
18 -  and with them their relatives next in rank: Zechariah,  Jaaziel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Unni, Eliab, Benaiah, Maaseiah, Mattithiah, Eliphelehu, Mikneiah, Obed-Edom and Jeiel, the gatekeepers. The musicians Heman, Asaph and Ethan were to sound the bronze cymbals;
19 - As the ark of the covenant of the LORD was entering the City of David, Michal (David's Wife) daughter of King Saul watched from a window. And when she saw King David dancing in the street and celebrating, she despised him in her heart.

** { Notice how when she saw David dancing before the Lord and
  she despised  him in her heart!       Hatred full bloom!

This is what evil does when someone is turned against the works of God!}

 Notice how when people live the full true Word of God in their lives they can sing and dance,
 the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness and self-control.

Yet when people only hate and despise in their hearts - this is what Evil does when someone turns against the works of Almighty God!  Because all other god(s) both physical and preconceived are counterfeit and false!

 It is this separation and wilful personal choice that make anyone who despises God set for Hell.  Thus God does not send anyone to Hell they choose it due to their personal choices; since He does not nor can He tolerate sin in His presence {Kingdom of Heaven} thus Jesus came and lived the only perfect sinless human life upon the earth!

Then took upon Himself the all hatred of evil upon this earth and was wrongfully killed for things,
 He never did nor deserved! Thus He took on all evil to allow those of us who accept His total redemption the right to salvation from Hell through, His sinless act!

Note on Psalms 88:2
Praise God we don’t have to plead with the Lord to hear us in this New Covenant. We have the guarantee that whatsoever we ask in faith, believing, we receive (Matthew 21:22).
22 And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."

** Matthew 6:33 Seek first the Kingdom of God, and His Righteousness then all the other things will be added unto you!

 Note on Psalms 88:3
As New Testament believers, it is only our souls that get full of troubles.
Our born-again spirits are perfect (see my note at 2 Corinthians 5:17).
**  Ambassadors for Christ
16 So from now on we regard no one according to the flesh. Although we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.

17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!
  18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:…       Berean Study Bible

 Our souls are the mental and emotional part of us, but in our spirits is only love, joy, peace, etc. As outlined in (Galatians 5:22-23).
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

 Praise the Lord. We need to walk in the Spirit.

Andrew Wommack's Living Commentary.

 Note:
There was also a Heman who was so smart that Solomon’s wisdom was compared to his
(1 Kings 4:31).

Paslm 88:1

1 Lord, you are the God who saves me; day and night I cry out to you.
May my prayer come before you; turn your ear to my cry.

I am overwhelmed with troubles and my life draws near to death.

Does this help guide your pathway today?
