Your flesh and your spirit will always be in a battle

On Holiness and freedom from sin are not obtained by struggling, but by creating an environment within you that allows the Holy Spirit to transform you from within. 

If you sow to your spirit instead of your flesh, you will create an atmosphere for spiritual growth, and that new life within your spirit will be released to begin the process of transforming your soul.

 Your flesh and your spirit will always be in a battle, but you have the choice of which one will be in control. The thoughts you allow to stay in your mind will determine whether you control your flesh, or whether your flesh controls you.

 Your whole life will be transformed, from the inside out, as you allow the Holy Spirit to change you through prayer and God’s Word. 

You may not even notice the transformation taking place, but one day you will look back and realize you are no longer a caterpillar, but a beautiful butterfly, floating above the reach of sin, living your life in the beauty of holiness.
