If You Soak Your Feet In Apple Cider Vinegar, THIS Is What Happens…
That’s Amazing!
I thought… “how the heck can vinegar change a person’s life?”
I mean, I’ve had some ridiculously delicious french fries with malt vinegar that almost qualify as life-changing but more in a “my tastebuds will never be the same again” kind of way. So anyway, I chalked it up to my friend being crazy but over time, I kept running into more and more people that talked up apple cider vinegar. Maybe there really was something to this stuff?
So I did my own research and what can I say… I’m now a believer.
Apple cider vinegar really is a miracle worker and it has done wonders for my health!
But just what the heck is apple cider vinegar and how is it different than regular distilled vinegar? Well, both vinegars are made in the same way and both of them will make you pucker your face when it touches your tongue. But while distilled vinegar is usually made by fermenting grain or ethyl alcohol which results in high levels of acetic acid, apple cider vinegar is made by, you guessed it, fermenting apples. Apple cider vinegar contains citric acid, formic acid, malic acid, lactic acid and succinic acid, as well as acetic acid. And the kicker? Since apple cider vinegar is made from apples, it contains antioxidants called polyphenols that are good for your health!
So what exactly can you do with apple cider vinegar?
This golden liquid does everything from disinfecting wounds, to ridding your scalp of dandruff, to boosting your energy levels. Check out the many different ways your life can be improved thanks to apple cider vinegar!
