From all that is realized about the operation on the coming and going of Heavenly beings (spirits) - it appears to be more an inter dimensional or phase shift.
Because actual Heaven is not any physical place (that is any place where we can go to physically - like in a spaceship) it exist in a totally different realm or in phased a shifted spiritual dimension!
Heaven exist at the same time as the present earth just not in the same dimension
This does nor answer everything but it points out that it has a totally different existence from our physical world existence. It follows the Eternal theme of Faith!
Since we all exist in this physical earth; most everything is compared to or referenced to it.
Yet there is far more in existence than what we can possibly know. The question is how much or what else is there beyond what our limited (5) five senses ?
Unless you are fool who thinks only what you see is what you get - then of course the question of all the things in Eternity loom Large before you! This is the reason we are living in this earthly existence! Thus we should learn and progress..
Because this life is not everything!
Heaven is much more than just a dream...
