The human tongue is the first and perhaps the most outstanding example of perpetual motion that was ever created.
It is also the world's greatest example of Perpetual Emotion!
This one small part of our physical equipment never seems to wear out;
it never breaks down down; and it is eternally active!
The tongue is the only physical organ that strike far beyond it's length!
Compared to a mule which can only strike it's leg length; or a rattlesnake can only strike the length of it's body, or a prize fighter who only hits - his arms length! But the human tongue can strike over time and any space!
We need should seek to communication here in either a positive relationship building level or in an attacking - acid type of condemning manner... This is all conducive to your personal mental state, education and most importantly your spiritual condition!
You may utter words of kindness, love, and support or speak in anger, spite and evil malaise... Yet in either case the activity of our spoken words are endless... Whatever we said or implied will ring down the corridors of time - forever!
So watch what and to whom you speak because words are power and if used indiscriminately will either build up or tear down...
The tongue has the ability to spread joy, happiness and hope - or despair and discouragement to all who hear it... Therefore with equal speed it can create
a very different world through your speech and actions. Since words will either lead or destroy others and their efforts let us start to consider what we say and how we use our words. Read the 3rd Chapter of James in the New Testament and discover what goes on with our speech...
Because we can either help spread point others to Heaven - or toward destruction and Hell! It is always your choice!
