U.S. Education system?

Our U.S.Society has created a structure that is too integrated with our competitive culture for the Finnish mindset of simplify to be effective. 
 My 7th grade students didn’t know how to adapt to a school mode based on less structure, less competitiveness and less formal accountability.  -

What is needed is a complete revaluation of the what, why and purpose of our public education system!  

Most of our problems come from the fact that most people have the: " want everything now syndrome! "  But the main problem with this system is  " It ain't gon'a happen! 
" because it is not possible.  There are certain limits in this life which must be observed like it or not.   
A key one is that everything is not just readily available  - waiting for you to come get it... 

Moderation and old time " common Sense " have gone out the window  - replaced by the new  "we can do anything  - now "  syndrome system {Which does not really exist!}.

So why is it that so many seek the none existent real of magic and super heroes?

Once you sell out your basic ideals for some fancy foot work  - all else is going down the drain of dreams and unwise thinking... 

This  being said does not mean that seeking a better way is not desired but we must remember to progress successfully -  we must be observant and patient!  

Time and tide wait on no man!
 

L'Esprit de Dieu.

Avez-vous décidé de servir Dieu ou allez-vous le supprimer avec une autre excuse ridicule?Vous savez ce que je veux dire, parce que vous avez utilisé toutes les excuses disponibles dans votre vie pour vous excuser de faire ce que Dieu exige de vous, sa volonté.Mais, mais, mais, - Ouais, il les a tous entendus, tous les derniers, et ils ne seront jamais que des excuses,{Une excuse est juste une raison pour avoir fait quelque chose} pensez-vous que c'est la raison pour laquelle il y a tellement de "chrétiens né au sujet du monde ???
Je continue à poser cette question des églises, est-ce que votre leadership, vos prédicateurs et vos enseignants sont-ils remplis d'esprit?
La partie intéressante de cette question est que très peu, si quelqu'un a déjà abordé cette question, c'est une déclaration triste. Oh, oui, vous ne pouvez pas être séparé et être diacre, mais vous pouvez être nulle de la seule chose qui vous qualifie pour servir Dieu, le Saint-Esprit et toujours être diacre ou dans d'autres dirigeants dans votre église. QUELLE?
Enseignez la Parole de Dieu, si vous êtes alignés pour être des pasteurs d'enseignants ou d'associés, ils lèvent les mains et proclament la «gloire» avec chaque déclaration de la chaire, l'alléluia, louent Dieu sans rechercher la Parole de Dieu sur cette critique matière.
Ils se sont diplômés des universités des hommes, remplis d'enseignants et de prêcheurs à la retraite qui questionnent toujours les enseignements de ceux qui les ont précédés, et pourtant enseignent leurs mensonges sans équivoque. Ils disent que cet homme ou cet homme a une opinion de la Parole de Dieu, ils prêchent Et enseignez à partir de cette version, ou de cette version, des interprétations et des opinions des hommes, mais échouez misérablement à la Parole de Dieu dans la Vérité!
Les éboueurs de l'église sont partout assis dans leurs bancs et prétendent comprendre ce qu'ils apprennent, ils le proclament comme évangile et pourtant ils sont aussi dépourvus de L'Esprit et une compréhension de la Parole de Dieu.
J'ai commencé à écrire quelque chose de différent ce matin, mais Dieu continue de marquer ce message et je sais que beaucoup demanderont pourquoi. Pourquoi? - ici, je vous ai posé la question, la réponse est si évidente et l'église a tellement besoin de dirigeants remplis d'esprit qu'il devient grave en conséquence!
Si vous dépendez de votre téléphone ou d'un autre appareil GPS pour vous amener à votre destination, mais il a un problème qui n'a jamais été corrigé par le fabricant ou le serveur, un problème qui vous enverra cette mauvaise route ou cette mauvaise route jusqu'à ce que vous vous écrasez, Quel était le sens de votre continuation à suivre ses instructions. Les informations fausses sont tout aussi fausses que n'importe quel mensonge ou aucune vérité!
Comment est-ce que la Parole de Dieu, que Jésus dirait, je vous dis la vérité, pourquoi?Parce que Jésus est "La Vérité" et parce que la vérité est la seule chose dont nous pouvons compter, la période, tout le reste est un mensonge!
Satan est enclin à corrompre la Parole de Dieu, il a créé chaque version, toute interprétation même si Dieu déclare clairement que nous ne devons pas utiliser les interprétations de Sa Parole. Il continue d'aveugler l'église en mettant les moins qualifiés, les nuls de L'Esprit en leadership et nous avons permis son succès.
Permettez-moi de revenir sur ma question originale, êtes-vous prêt à servir Dieu? 1 Corinthiens 2: 12-16 KJB Maintenant, nous n'avons reçu l'esprit du monde, mais l'Esprit qui est de Dieu: afin que nous connaissions les choses qui nous sont données par Dieu. Quelles choses nous parlons aussi, pas dans les mots que la sagesse de l'homme enseigne, en comparant les choses spirituelles avec le spirituel.
Mais l'homme naturel ne reçoit pas les choses de l'Esprit de Dieu; car il leur est insultant, et il ne peut pas les connaître, parce qu'ils sont spirituellement discernés. Mais celui qui est spirituel juge tout, mais lui-même n'est jugé d'aucun homme.
Car qui a connu l'esprit du Seigneur, qu'il l'instruise? Mais nous pouvons avoir l'esprit du Christ. Amen et Amen.
Si nous devons servir Dieu, nous devons le Servir sur Ses motifs, sur Son instruction, nous devons suivre la Parole ou nous ne sommes aucun service à Dieu, aucun!
Si vous ne comprenez pas la Parole de Dieu, si vous n'avez pas de relation avec Dieu, les deux nécessitant l'habitation de l'Esprit, vous n'avez aucune conséquence pour Dieu ou pour la Parole de Dieu dans la Vérité.
Toute vocation, tout voyage, toute entreprise qui vaut la peine, nécessite une préparation, nécessite de l'expérience, beaucoup exigent même que nous réussissions un test et que nous recevions une licence. Dieu exige quelque chose de nous, il nous fournit ses dons, mais ces cadeaux viennent avec l'exigence que nous recevions le Saint-Esprit, et que nous sommes nés de nouveau dans l'esprit - c'est là que notre service se termine!
Les gens ne sont pas disposés à se soumettre à la volonté de Dieu, à soumettre totalement tout, ils ont été convaincus par l'ennemi qu'ils sont mieux de faire leur service et nous venons d'apprendre que cette mentalité est une rue sans issue.
Qu'est-ce que Dieu peut faire pour te convaincre de la vérité, tout est dans son livre d'instruction, si tu n'es pas convaincu maintenant, seras-tu jamais?
Mais "l'homme naturel" (non rempli d'esprit), ne reçoit pas les choses de L'Esprit de Dieu.

** People are not willing to submit to the will of God, or to totally submit everything in their life, they have been convinced by the enemy that they are better off doing it all  their way and we've just learned that this mentality is a dead end street. **

Have you decided to serve God or are you going to put it off with another ridiculous excuse?
You know what I mean, because you've used every excuse available in your lifetime to excuse yourself from doing what God requires of you, His will.
But, but, but, ----- yeah, He's heard em all, every one, and they will never be anything more than excuses, do you think that this is the reason that there are so few
 "Born Again Christians in the world???

I continue to ask this question of churches, is your leadership, are your preachers and teachers Spirit filled?

The interesting part about this whole matter is that so very few, if any have ever addressed this question, this is a sad statement.   Oh yes, you can't be divorced and be a deacon, but you can be void of the one thing that qualifies you to serve God,  {The Holy Spirit} and still be a deacon or in other leadership in your church.---- WHAT?

Teach The Word of God, yep their lined up to be Sunday school teacher's or associate pastors, they raise their hands and proclaim "glory" with every statement from the pulpit, hallelujah, praise God without one time seeking The Word of God on this critical matter.

They graduate from the universities of men, filled with teachers and retired preachers who still question the teachings of those who came before them, and yet still teach their lies unequivocally They say, this man or that man has an opinion of God's Word, they preach and teach from this version, or that version, from the interpretations and opinions of men, but fail miserably at the The Word of God in Truth!

Church goers everywhere sit in their pews and claim to understand what they are taught, they proclaim it as gospel and yet they too are void of The Spirit and any understanding of God's Word.

I started to write something different this morning, but God continues to hammer home this message and I know many will ask why. Why?  --  there I asked the question of you, the answer is so obvious and the church is in such need of Spirit filled leaders that it is becoming dire in consequence!

If you are dependent on your phone or other devise to get you to your destination and it has a glitch that was never corrected by the manufacturer or server, a glitch that will send you down this wrong road or that wrong road until you crash, what was the sense of your continuing to follow it's directions.

How is it that The Word of God, that Jesus would say, I tell you the truth, why?
Because of course Jesus is "The Truth" and because the truth is the only thing that we can depend on, period, everything else is a lie!

Satan is hell bent on corrupting The Word of God, he has created every version, every interpretation even though God clearly states that we are not to use interpretations of His Word. He continues to blind the church by putting the least qualified, those void of The Spirit in leadership and we have allowed his success.

Let me go back to my original question, are you ready to serve God?
 1st Corinthians 2:12-16  KJB 
Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but The Spirit which is of God: that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

But the natural man receives not the things of The Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is Spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

For who hath known the mind of The Lord, that he may instruct Him?
 But we can have the mind of Christ.
 Amen and Amen.

If we are to serve God, we must serve Him on His grounds, on His instruction, we must follow The Word or we are of no service to God, none!

If you don't understand The Word of God, if you do not have a relationship with God, both which require the indwelling of The Spirit, then you are of no consequence to God or to The Word of God in Truth.

Any vocation, any trip, any undertaking that is worthwhile, requires preparation, requires experience, many even require that we pass a test and receive a license. 
God requires something of us, He provides us with His gifts, however these gifts come with the requirement that we receive The Holy Spirit, in that we become Born Again in The Spirit of God - this is where our service ends!

People are not willing to submit to the will of God.  Which is to totally submit everything; because they have  been convinced by the enemy {Satan} that they are better off doing things their way and we should have learned that this mentality is a dead end Road.

What else can God do to convince you of the truth, it's all in His book of instruction {The Bible}, if your not convinced now,  when will you ever be?

But "the natural man" (non Spirit filled), does not receive the things of The Spirit of God.

 PERIOD!
 
Get that?

 PERIOD!  
 There's no question mark after PERIOD!

The Blood of Christ - part 3

We all are Body Soul and Spirit!

 The Spirit is eternal separated from God; until the sin issue is addressed -
 while our other two (2) parts; Body, and Soul - needs to be controlled or directed into way of tHis Righteousness of Almighty God...

 The Body everyone sees and knows - which is our limited shell of physical existence here on the earth!

 The Soul {Will,  Mind, and Thoughts} is our moral compass or direction, in our earthly existence!   This is where we control our existence to succeed  in a relationship with the Lord God or fail thru separation due to sin in your life...

Yet most people live their life in bondage and aimless drifting with no thought of where they will spend Eternity!  They follow the destructive plans of Satan!

Your Soul is the key part of your existence which should be taught how to respond - then come to direct and control the Body!  Do you actually understand and know how this should occur?

A prime example is where a person comes to learn and control their body!  The most common and easy way is to FAST.   Some people say  - what are you crazy?
I say absolutely not; I have fasted for days with only occasional water... 

During these times you can get the body to follow your desires  in the Fast -  this is just the start  - the body will attempt to be a rebel, acting like a spoiled child...   But you can thru the power of God learn to command the your body!    I have done it several times over the years - it works...

A perfect example of either the proper control or total wondering of the body is evident by our physical actions ...   This can be seen in much of the everyday things which people do.  It covers every action and/or desire.  It must start with the Soul becoming aware of the Absolute Truth of God
{The Moral Standard of all universal existence}; which controls and/or directs the way each of us should live here.

Some will ask how?

 Learn to Control your Soul!

Using the easy example of Fasting!  Many people will say it is impossible.
 Yet it is very real and millions of people from Christ have proven it's power and purpose!
It come down to the desire and control of the mind {Soul} to direct the Body!

 Many people have some extreme and different reasons to Fast!

1) To lose or control weight.

2) To Enhance or improve their body.

3) To become a better person mentally.

4) To become the moral person which God created us to become!

** These exist in order from easy to most eternally necessary for a successful  Eternal existence!

{Fasting is one of the best ways to learn how to control your body; which is the first step in moving away from the sin driven world and becoming able to direct yourself toward the Kingdom of God!}

Praise God we don’t have to plead with the Lord to hear us in this New Covenant. We have the guarantee that whatsoever we ask in faith, believing, we receive (Matthew 21:22).

Note on Psalms 88:3

As New Testament believers, it is only our souls that get full of troubles. Our born-again spirits are perfect (see my note at 2 Corinthians 5:17).

Note on 2 Corinthians 5:17

As Jesus said in John 6:63, “It is the spirit that quickens; the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
” It’s the spirit world and the spiritual man that is really important, not the flesh.
 ** Prior to salvation, a lost man has a dead spirit. It doesn’t matter if he attains great wealth or influence in the flesh, his spirit is dead and separated from God.
As Jesus said, “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36) Upon salvation, there is a total change that takes place–not in the flesh or soul, but in the spirit. They become totally new.
By observation you can see this is not speaking of the body or the soul. If you were fat before you get saved, you will still be fat after you get saved. You don’t instantly change and all things become new. It’s obvious too that this is not speaking about your soul. If you were stupid before you got saved, you will be stupid after you get saved until you renew your mind. But at salvation, our spirits get “born again.”
They become totally new and identical to Christ because it is the Spirit of Christ that has been shed abroad in our hearts
(Galatians 4:6, Romans 8:9).

Note 7 at 2 Corinthians 5:17: One of the greatest differences between the saints in the Old Testament and those in the New Testament is the indwelling presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. Victorious N.T. believers are not living for the Lord, but it is actually the risen Christ living through them. Paul described this beautifully in Galatians 2:20 when he said, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

There are over a hundred scriptural references to the indwelling presence of the Lord in the life of the believer. The following is a list of just a few of these:
“And I will put my spirit within you” (Ezekiel 36:27, emphasis mine). “Even the Spirit of truth...he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you” (John 14:17, emphasis mine). “And ye in me, and I in you” (John 14:20, emphasis mine). “I in them” (John 17:23, emphasis mine). “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his” (Romans 8:9, emphasis mine). “And if Christ be in you” (Romans 8:10, emphasis mine). “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16, emphasis mine). “But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit”

(1 John 3:24, emphasis mine). “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20, emphasis mine).

Note 8 at 2 Corinthians 5:17: The New International Version translates this passage as “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” The new creation that Paul was speaking about is described in Scripture in the following ways: the new birth (John 1:13 and 3:3), the new creation (Galatians 6:15), His workmanship created in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:10), newness of life (Romans 6:4), a spiritual quickening (Ephesians 2:1 and 5), a spiritual resurrection (Colossians 2:12 and 3:1), a new heart and spirit (Ezekiel 36:26 and Romans 7:6), the putting on of the new man (Ephesians 4:24), the inward man (Romans 7:22), the circumcised heart (Romans 2:29), the divine nature (2 Peter 1:4), regeneration (Titus 3:5), etc.

The fruit of the new creation is righteousness and true holiness (Ephesians 4:24 and 1 John 2:29), being conformed to the image of God’s Son (Romans 8:29), a heart that knows God (Jeremiah 24:7 and Hebrews 8:11), God’s law written within the heart (Hebrews 8:10), a hatred of sin and a love for righteousness (1 John 3:7-10), works of faith (i.e., works produced as the byproduct of faith, James 2:18), good fruit borne unto God (Romans 7:4), brotherly love (1 John 4:7), an active faith in Christ (1 John 5:1), etc.

Note 9 at 2 Corinthians 5:17: This is a key passage of Scripture that explains many other passages of Scripture. The Bible presents salvation as a life-transforming experience. Change is one of the distinguishing characteristics of true believers. Yet failure to understand that this change takes place in the spirit first and is then reflected in the outward thoughts and actions proportional to the way the mind is renewed (see note 9 at Romans 12:2) has caused much confusion.

This verse makes it very clear where this change takes place. It describes this change as total and complete (all things are become new, not just some things). Therefore this change has to take place in your born-again spirit (see note 2 at John 3:3). Why is that? If you were fat before you were saved, you will be fat after you become saved, unless you go on a weight-loss program. Your body doesn’t instantly change. Also, your soulish or mental realm doesn’t instantly change. If you were stupid before you were saved, you will be stupid after you become saved, until you start renewing your mind. The only part of you that is left is your spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:23).

It is your spirit that is instantly changed at salvation. It is perfect (Hebrews 12:23). It cannot sin (1 John 3:9). Everything that is true of Jesus is true of your born-again spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17; Ephesians 1:3, 15-23; Colossians 2:9-10; and 1 John 4:17). Your spiritual salvation is complete. At salvation, you receive the same spirit that you will have throughout all eternity. It will not have to be changed again or cleansed again. It has been sealed with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13) and is therefore sanctified and perfected forever (Hebrews 10:10, 14; and 12:23).

The rest of the Christian life is not trying to obtain faith, joy, love, etc., from God, but rather a release of what we already have in our spirits (Galatians 5:22-23) into our souls and bodies. Failure to understand this has caused some people to despair when they don’t see sufficient change in their lives after coming to the Lord for salvation. It must be understood that the change is internal in our spirits, and the outward change will take place as we renew our minds through God’s Word.

 Our souls are the mental and emotional part of us, but in our spirits is only love, joy, peace, etc.

(Galatians 5:22-23).
 Living by the Spirit
…21and envy; drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
 22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no Law.…

Praise the Lord. We need to walk in the Spirit.

Morning Verse

"The love of Christ which passeth knowledge." Ephesians 3:19

The love of Christ in its sweetness, its fulness, its greatness, its faithfulness, passeth all human comprehension. Where shall language be found which shall describe His matchless, His unparalleled love towards the children of men?
It is so vast and boundless that, as the swallow but skimmeth the water, and diveth not into its depths, so all descriptive words but touch the surface, while depths immeasurable lie beneath. Well might the poet say,

"O love, thou fathomless abyss!"

for this love of Christ is indeed measureless and fathomless; none can attain unto it. Before we can have any right idea of the love of Jesus, we must understand His previous glory in its height of majesty, and His incarnation upon the earth in all its depths of shame. But who can tell us the majesty of Christ? 

When He was enthroned in the highest heavens He was very God of very God; by Him were the heavens made, and all the hosts thereof. His own almighty arm upheld the spheres; the praises of cherubim and seraphim perpetually surrounded Him; the full chorus of the hallelujahs of the universe unceasingly flowed to the foot of his throne: He reigned supreme above all His creatures, God over all, blessed for ever. Who can tell His height of glory then? 

And who, on the other hand, can tell how low He descended? 

To be a man was something, to be a man of sorrows was far more; to bleed, and die, and suffer, these were much for Him who was the Son of God; but to suffer such unparalleled agony—to endure a death of shame and desertion by His Father, this is a depth of condescending love which the most inspired mind must utterly fail to fathom. Herein is love! and truly it is love that "passes all knowledge."

O let this love fill our hearts with adoring gratitude, and lead us to practical manifestations of its power.

Evening Verse

"I will accept you with your sweet savour." Ezekiel 20:41

The merits of our great Redeemer are as sweet savour to the Most High. Whether we speak of the active or passive righteousness of Christ, there is an equal fragrance. There was a sweet savour in His active life by which He honoured the law of God, and made every precept to glitter like a precious jewel in the pure setting of His own person. Such, too, was His passive obedience, when He endured with unmurmuring submission, hunger and thirst, cold and nakedness, and at length sweat great drops of blood in Gethsemane, gave His back to the smiters, and His cheeks to them that plucked out the hair, and was fastened to the cruel wood, that He might suffer the wrath of God in our behalf.

These two things are sweet before the Most High; and for the sake of His doing and His dying, His substitutionary sufferings and His vicarious obedience, the Lord our God accepts us.
 What a preciousness must there be in Him to overcome our want of preciousness! What a sweet savour to put away our ill savour!

What a cleansing power in His blood to take away sin such as ours! and what glory in His righteousness to make such unacceptable creatures to be accepted in the Beloved! Mark, believer, how sure and unchanging must be our acceptance, since it is in Him!

Take care that you never doubt your acceptance in Jesus. You cannot be accepted without Christ; but, when you have received His merit, you cannot be unaccepted. Notwithstanding all your doubts, and fears, and sins, Jehovah's gracious eye never looks upon you in anger; though He sees sin in you, in yourself, yet when He looks at you through Christ, He sees no sin. You are always accepted in Christ, are always blessed and dear to the Father's heart. Therefore lift up a song, and as you see the smoking incense of the merit of the Saviour coming up, this evening, before the sapphire throne, let the incense of your praise go up also.

11 But when Christ came as high priest of the good things that are now already here,[a] he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation.

12 He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, thus obtaining[b] eternal redemption. 13 The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean.

22 In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

23 It was necessary, then, for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

24 For Christ did not enter a sanctuary made with human hands that was only a copy of the true one; he entered heaven itself, now to appear for us in God’s presence.

25 Nor did he enter heaven to offer himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the Most Holy Place every year with blood that is not his own.

26 Otherwise Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But he has appeared once for all at the culmination of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself.

27 Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment,

28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

How much does it cost??

** Case in hand:  -  My  wife fell on the ice a few years ago, she thought her wrist was broken. She went to see her doctor, who advised her to have an X-ray taken in the same building. Since her wrist was still crooked months later, she had a second X-ray done at an imaging facility nearby.

Afterward, her health insurance company sent the “explanation of benefits” for each X-ray. The initial one was billed at $1,200, while the second one cost only $100.

Why the big discrepancy?
 Her doctor’s practice, the X-ray facility and the building they’re in are owned by a corporation that also owns several area hospitals. When she called its corporate office, a spokesperson told her the $1,200 X-ray was taken at a “hospital” and was therefore billed at the “hospital rate.”

She pointed out that the so-called “hospital” had no emergency room, no beds for patient admission and, furthermore, wasn’t even listed on our state’s insurance website as a hospital. The corporation caved and reluctantly refunded her the $1,100 difference in the price of the two X-rays.

While my wife’s predicament had a satisfactory ending, in most instances, hospital corporations win. And this winds up costing everyone, including Medicare and Medicaid, health insurers, Americans with high-deductible insurance policies and, ultimately, the taxpayer “tens of billions of dollars,” according to Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, chairman of the Department of Medical Ethics at the Wharton School of Business who’s a doctor of oncology.

Emanuel is only one of many medical experts, including members of the federal Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC), who are incensed by the way hospital chains are buying up doctors’ practices and outpatient facilities to maximize profits. And this comes at a time when Congress continues to search -- so far in vain -- for a plan to salvage a health care system described as “broken,” hemorrhaging dollars and about to implode.

There’s a way to do it, said Emanuel, whose efforts to reform health care include serving as an architect of President Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act, and who has now offered advice to President Donald Trump.

But a solution really needs to understand the problems. And this is one of them.
“Across the country hospital systems are scouring the market in attempts to acquire physician groups,” said Medical Billing Advocates of America in an article on its website. “This has contributed to increased costs so far, because some of the services and procedures that were formerly billed as doctor visits are now being billed as outpatient services – even if it is the same office. In one year, this [facilities fee] added up to $1.5 billion more in charges to the Medicare program.”

Medical Billing Advocates referred to this practice as “a real cash cow for hospital systems.”
But Medicare is only one source of funds for hospitals, which also collect from Medicaid, health insurers, uninsured patients or those insured with high deductibles. “Many are concerned, and rightfully so, that the excuse to charge a facilities fee is one of the main reasons hospital systems want to buy up practices,” said the article.

The American Medical Association did not respond to a request for information on how many doctors’ practices had been bought by hospital corporations, but the number is presumed to be large and growing. One hospital chain cited by Modern Healthcare, a magazine for health care executives, had an 86 percent jump in physicians and providers between 2009 and 2014.

And doctors’ practices aren’t the only targets. Outpatient surgery centers, clinics and imaging facilities are also on their radar.

This maneuver allows hospital chains to submit bills with coding that infers that the patient was treated at a “hospital,” even if the location is just an office or outpatient facility. It also encourages these doctors, who are now hospital employees, to advise patients to use the hospital for routine procedures that could be done cheaper elsewhere.

That’s often a huge waste of money, said many experts, including Gerard Anderson, professor of medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, one of the nation’s foremost hospitals.
“There is no reason for anyone to pay more because the care was provided in a hospital instead of a doctor’s office. The doctor is the person providing most of the care, and for most procedures care can be provided in the doctor’s office,” said Anderson. “Paying twice as much for your annual exam in a hospital outpatient department simply makes no sense.”

But it does makes sense for the hospital. Government-set payment methodologies allow for different payments depending on the setting. Medicare alone uses a dozen different payment systems, according to the journal Health Policy. This allows for “dramatically different payment rates.”
Knowing how to place the patient in the right “setting” nets the hospital a lot more money. One study in the Journal of the American Medical Association suggests $75 more per visit without any increase in the level of care
.
But Emanuel said it’s more likely a “ten-fold difference” in the amount charged. He added that “If there’s no difference in quality, you shouldn’t be paying more. They are profit-maximizing at our expense.”

In studies and briefs, hospitals argue that the services provided and the overhead associated with running a huge facility justifies the increased cost -- even though most patients don’t need to have a routine procedure such as a colonoscopy done in a hospital.

With additional funds from patients with health insurance, hospitals “cross-subsidize” those who walk through the door with emergencies but have little or no insurance, said Dr. Emanuel.
So he and others are proposing a simple solution: “site-neutral payments.”

In other words, a procedure is a procedure, no matter where it’s done. “The address and the four walls around you shouldn’t make a difference, as long as the quality is the same.

This example of the widow's son being raised from the dead is often used to demonstrate that Jesus produced many miracles without any faith from those receiving the miracle, but by His faith alone. However, the prayer in Mark 6:5-6 shows that Jesus could not (nor would not) do many mighty works in His home town because of the people's unbelief.

 Many scriptures reveal that faith must be present to receive from God (Mk. 11:23-24; Jas. 1:5-7).

So, whose faith was present in this instance?

 First, the mother of the boy responded to Jesus in faith. For this woman to allow Jesus to interrupt the funeral procession and tell her to stop weeping has to be viewed as a positive response.
These people were no different from mourners at funerals today. If she had rebelled at Jesus' intrusion, the crowd would have sided with her because of pity, but none of these reactions are recorded. Jesus was in command.

Second, it cannot be proven that a dead person has no choice in what happens. We may take it for granted, but the scriptures don't state that. A person doesn't cease to exist at death; he simply leaves his body. The person is still very much alive. Many people who have been raised from the dead have mentioned that they had a choice in whether or not to enter their bodies again.
 Although this principle cannot be verified by scripture, it cannot be ruled out by scripture either.

In any case, to be consistent with the rest of scripture, some degree of faith had to be present in either the person receiving the miracle, or an intercessor (in this case, the mother).

 Reach out in faith to receive your miracle today.

Moment of Truth? - 2

One of the most important things to ever happen in your life is if and
when you experience a  " Moment of Truth! "

We all have moments of Truth thru out our earthly existence - yet many never come to realize it not attempt to use them as the instructional elements they are meant to be... Seek and you shall find the Truth it is before you always... Learn to live this life you were give in the uplifting and proper manner you were meant to live it.

The truth is there if you seek it! 
We should spend more of our time finding and following the Good and perfect Will of God  expressed in our lives...   We all get have " Moments of Truth " in our existence  - it should be used to improve not only our lives but for those around us...

It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

What is a moment of Truth?

I first leaned of this term reading what Ernst Hemingway - wrote about the moment of Truth;
when a Matador experiences it in the bull ring. It is a brief moment of total clarity,  where only the absolute truth prevails...  { It is during this time when there is only the enraged Bull pawing and snorting looking straight at the Matador. In this brief period of time, the man has only one thing upon his mind - the Bull.... He does not hear the roaring crowd nor any other thing in the stadium!
At this point it is only Man and Bull - nothing else exist. There are no abstractions or any other thing that has the Matador's attention.}  This is called " the moment of Truth " ...

Later in life I came to see or recognize some of these brief -  " Moments of Truth "
These came from Divine inspirations of Truth either in the Scriptures or else through brief personal experiences..
I.E. The " Word of God "...

It is during these times that people can come to this brief absolute moment of Total Truth!
We each can and do at isolated times experience these " Moments of Truth! "
It has been called a point when " Time stood Still " or a time when
" your entire life flashed before your eyes " or else you had experienced an actual " Miracle "....
These times of brief inspirational " moments of Truth " are brief and unannounced.
These points in time come unexpectedly and often with out any
input from you.

 It is never desired or planned, or orchestrated -
" The moment of Truth " is exactly when and where you come faced to face with the Absolute Truth of this universe.
It is never masked or altered, nor does it come any other way than just the plain
unadulterated Truth - plain and simple!
If you have not experienced this yet -
then perhaps you will come aware of it at some point in your life!
Be prepared to recognize it and understand it when you are
given a brief period of time very unique in all existence...

Quel est le moment de la Vérité?

 J'ai d'abord penché de ce terme en lisant ce qu'Enter Hemingway -
 A écrit sur le moment de la Vérité;
  C'est ce qu'un Matador l'éprouve dans la boucle de taureau. C'est un bref instant de clarté totale quand il n'y a que la vérité absolue ... C'est pendant cette période où il n'y a que le bragué enragé et le reniflement en regardant droit au Matador. Dans cette brève période de temps, l'homme n'a qu'une seule chose sur son esprit - le Taureau .... Il n'entend pas la foule rugissante ni aucune autre chose dans le stade!À ce stade, c'est seulement l'homme et Bull - rien d'autre n'existe. Il n'y a aucune abstraction ou autre chose qui ait l'attention du Matador. C'est ce qu'on appelle le moment de la Vérité ...
Plus tard dans la vie, je suis venu pour voir ou reconnaître certains de ces brefs "Moments de la Vérité"Celles-ci venaient des divines inspirations de la Vérité, soit dans les Écritures, soit par de brèves expériences personnelles. La "Parole de Dieu" ...
C'est pendant ces périodes que les gens peuvent venir à ce bref instant absolu deVérité totale!
Nous pouvons chacun et faire à des moments isolés l'expérience de ces «Moments de Vérité!"Il a été appelé un point lorsque «Le temps s'est arrêté» ou un moment où «toute votre vie clignote devant vos yeux» ou bien vous aviez connu un véritable «miracle» ....Ces moments de brefs «moments de vérité» inspirants sont brefs et inopinés.
Ces points dans le temps viennent de façon inattendue et souvent sans aucune contribution de votre part. Il n'est jamais désiré, ni planifié, ni orchestré - «Le moment de la Vérité» est exactement le moment et l'endroit où vous venez confrontés face à la Vérité Absolue de cet univers.Il n'est jamais masqué ou altéré, ni ne vient autrement que la simple vérité pure - simple et simple!
Si vous n'avez pas connu cela encore - alors peut-être il viendra à un moment donné dans votre vie!

  Soyez prêt à le reconnaître et à le comprendre lorsque vous recevez une brève période de temps très unique dans toute existence ... Une Moment de Vérité!

What is the moment of Truth?

Are we preparing Children's properly?

Here is the truth - Plain and Simple!



When you see things not working out right - stop and look at what has been the policy or procedure.
The managing authority has the responsibility for seeing that proper procedure is available and being carried out correctly.
 
One of my brothers with a degree in " Personal Management " once told me " if you come upon a work site, factory or company - where the employees are not diligent and functioning per expected standards - do not speak to the employees;  go straight to the upper management who is responsible and to get the situation corrected! "

The modern day society for the most part; - has become so fixed on having " Fun " or living the
 " Party - Game thing " plus pushing for easy ways to " get whatever you want!"
The mass entertainment industry pumping out, video, movies, games, sports, and foolish children's toys - most of which are based upon  " fantasy and feel good presentations "... 

Then with this system how do, you expect to get children who to understand and learn the
" Work ethic " -   to achieve what they need to have a well balanced and sane life?
