R U Toxic?


Why do we have so much disease?

  If you have problems with you car do you just blow it up? 
  If you find other things in your life not working  properly do you just destroy the entire system?

  NO NO NO...

One day in the middle of an interview, it hit me... 

Disease is the result - not the cause!!

Cancer is a result
Diabetes is a result.
Heart disease is a result. 

Hair loss, acne, depression, fatigue -- these are all results. They’re symptoms of something deeper going on.

SO what is the real problem?

The funny thing about Western medicine is that it's totally focused on relieving your symptoms, but it almost never considers the root causes of what made you sick in the first place.

It's totally focused on isolating and targeting the specific virus or bacteria or germ or genetic mutation in your body, without asking WHY your immune system allowed it to propagate.

The “germ theory” of Western medicine stands in stark contrast to thousands of years of man looking into nature to nourish and heal.

(This goes all the way back to ancient Chinese medicine, which treated the whole body instead of merely symptoms of illness.)
Your body is naturally supposed to be able to heal itself, right?
That was the plan which God built into the Human Body!

So if you’re chronically sick, there’s either a breakdown in your system somewhere, or your body is overrun and simply unable to keep up with all the chemicals and stress and toxins of our modern world.
The root cause of nearly all disease -- cancer, diabetes, heart disease, it doesn’t matter which ever you choose  --  is an overload of toxins and chemicals accumulating inside your body.   -   Period.
It’s from the food that you’re eating, the air that you’re breathing, the parasites that you’re exposed to, and the amount of stress that you’re under on a daily basis.

Toxic overload is the one thing that affects EVERY area other of your health, and most people totally ignore it.
We tend to focus on diet and supplements, but if your colon can’t absorb the nutrients (because it’s toxic), then what good are they?

We focus on exercise, but if your blood and your lungs and lymphatics are toxic, you’re circulating waste throughout your body every time you work out.

Think about it -- fish can’t live in toxic water, no matter how fancy the food is that you’re feeding them.

Neither can we thrive if our bodies are toxic.

And if your toilet is clogged, is the problem a broken toilet?

Or do you need to clear the pipes?

As we mentioned earlier, Western medicine teaches that virtually all illnesses are caused by germs or genetics
 So their solution was to name and label each disease (over 10,000 of them) and then have us believe that each one can be remedied by surgery and drugs to kill the bad germs.

Medical schools don’t teach about the daily accumulation of toxins in the body, how to check for them, or whether they even really exist.

So, most doctors have no clue whether someone has high levels of mercury and lead and other heavy metals, for example.
And according to the experts I spoke with who actually do this type of laboratory testing, most people DO have these toxic substances in their body.

This is the big lie that I got stuck in, and you got stuck in, and it’s not your fault.

Remember, I was trying really hard to be healthy, but still getting sick. I was taking lots of high-quality supplements, but they seemingly weren’t working.

So I totally understand if you’re confused and have lingering questions.

All the good things I was doing for my body were just being negated by all the bad stuff that was… already there.

I had built my fantastic house on a shifty foundation and I knew I had to fix that before I could truly be 100% healthy.

With that epiphany I realized what had to happen next.

I needed to figure out a way to detoxify my body once and for all, so I could build my health off a rock solid foundation.

I started taking a look around at “detoxing” and boy was I in for a shock. The sheer amount of so called “information” and products touting their detoxification powers…
 
In theory, your body should be able to process the waste products and the toxins that you're exposed to.

However, in this day and age, we’re exposed to more chemicals and toxins and radiation in our environment and in our daily lives that at any other time in human history.

According to the Environmental Working Group, there are nearly 85,000 man-made chemicals currently approved for use in the United States, and that number is rapidly increasing.

No wonder our bodies are completely overwhelmed and unable to keep up!

You are constantly exposed to toxic chemicals through the air that you breathe, the water you drink, the foods that you eat, and the products that you use, like personal care products and cleaning products.
  • Pesticides, herbicides, GMOs in the food... encouraged by the major food institutions...
  • Fluoride and chlorine and trace pharmaceutical residue in the water… pushed by big pharma and chemical manufacturing companies...
  • Methane, carbon monoxide and industrial pollutants in the air…
  • Toxic chemicals in the everyday products we use in our homes…
You get the point -- your body is being bombarded every day.

Once you understand the magnitude of the situation, you realize that in order to be healthy you have to do something about it.

And although you can’t always control the chemicals and the toxicity you're exposed to, you CAN influence and encourage your body's natural detoxification and elimination processes.
Gently optimizing the “organs of detoxification” will enhance your body's functioning, improving how you feel on a day-to-day basis.
But there’s a process to it that must be followed.

Maybe you've tried a detox or cleanse on your own before and gotten frustrated and quit.

Most of us try something for a few days without understanding what we’re doing.

And maybe we don't immediately feel any different (or we start feeling worse), so we stop.

In fact, you may indeed feel sick at first, because your body's purging the toxins and the "sludge" that has built up inside your organ systems.

Once this concept really sank in, and I committed to detoxing regularly, things began to move quickly (so to speak).



Here’s what happened NEXT...

I mentioned after doing an extended detox, noticing more energy and less brain fog and chronic fatigue. But there’s more…

My gut health and “microbiome” has improved dramatically. No more indigestion and my food sensitivities have lessened...

My joints and low back don’t seem to be aggravated anymore. Those little aches and pains in the morning have disappeared...
Seasonal allergies like pollen and dust don’t seem to bother me like they used to...

My skin cleared up! No more rashes and splotchy areas. Plus, my pores actually look smaller, and now when I look in the mirror, I look like “myself” again instead of some older, worn out version of me…

The supplements I take seem to actually work better, and I’m able to recover more quickly now from exercise.

In a lot of ways, I feel like I’m back in my prime again.
