When seeking the Truth it is necessary to find and follow the right path!
Here is where you will encounter either your own certainty or doubt. You try to feel safe and pleasurable in order to be steadfast in your convictions. Here is where the absolute truth comes into play! Often we tend to find other people's apparent certainty very attractive!
We all have seen or felt this type pull effect out decisions...
Many people tend to follow fads or public opinion in directing their lives... Even someone with a successful record for going the right general direction - will at times be pulled along behind a person with a over whelming show of confidence. Thus some times you maybe prompted into go down a wrong road without really thinking about!
Likewise people tend to go down figurative roads of all kinds. Just because someone shows a high level of confidence and direction does not mean that they always are right! All people can be mistakenly drawn into moving the wrong when they see a supposedly sure sign from others. Many behaviors can lead us the wrong way if we do not check it out against the Absolute Truth!
Most behaviors that can lead us into error, from following a supposedly very confident leader is not intrinsically irrational. Much of the time, in fact it creates very sensible avenue of labor. Yet this is not only a better distribution of effort; but not necessary the best form of actual truth or righteousness.
Some may use John Maynard Keynes reply statement about:
" When the facts change, I change my mind. What do you do, Sir? "
Our position in life should be based upon seeking the Absolute Truth - which can only be done by having a good understanding of the language used, the education to see the differences which exist in the physical world. Because without a proper background and comprehension of what ever is being discussed or explained you can not really move forward in any real substantiate manner!
Truth will always Trump ignorance and falsehoods...
