IMPORTANT PETITION DELIVERY THIS WEEK!

Less than a month remains before President Obama implements his unconstitutional plan to circumvent Congress and give away control of the Internet to rogue international operatives.

 We are calling for congressional intervention to stop the Internet surrender before its too late, because, as Rep. John Shimkus (R-IL) warned, "Once it's gone, it's gone for good."

Please take a minute and respond to my call to action below — Mat.Robert ,
Business leaders, congressional lawmakers, and international policy experts are vociferously calling for the Obama administration to reconsider surrendering Internet control to an international control group.

These leaders cite, among other reasons, growing international pressure for censorship of the Internet as being a critical issue to address.

According to a recent report by WND:
"China issued a statement saying,
 'It is necessary to ensure that United Nations plays a facilitating role in setting up international public policies pertaining to the Internet.'
The Russians weighed in, arguing that,
'We consider it necessary to consecutively increase the role of governments in the Internet governance, with strengthening the activity of the International Telecommunications Union [the UN's telecommunications arm] in this field… in the development of ethical aspects of Internet use.'

*** {All of this is just the way further control people -   because since the Internet has been free to use  - exactly how and/or why does it now need to be regulated by restrictive Governments?}{ by Blogger}

Judith Bergman of the Gatestone Institute argues that the Obama administration's plan could, 'spell the end of the current era of free speech on the Internet, as well as free enterprise.'

Senators Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and Jim Lankford report that the ICANN board of directors will consider language for the by-laws of the organization which will put 'international human rights' [like LGBTQ advancements] as a prime consideration of the organization."

*** {More Bull Hockey!  - because there has been many posts by any groups of all difference persuasion -  so what is this consider language for by-laws to put ' international human rights" as a prime consideration? Sounds like restricting and directing only certain view points - all the while restricting everyone else's freedoms..} {By Blogger} 

+ + President Obama's executive action is unconstitutional!

The fact remains that the Constitution of the United States states that only "Congress shall have the power to dispose of ... property belonging to the United States."

The power to relinquish Internet control to a foreign body does not belong to the executive branch.

Liberty Counsel Action is ardently opposed to President Obama's continual sedition against American interests in exchange for the appeasement of the internal community.
 We support the passage of the Protecting Internet Freedom Act in both chambers of Congress!

As of this writing, 30,000 Liberty Counsel Action team members have signed the Stop President Obama's Surrender of the Internet petition – coupled with sending thousands of faxes to congressional leaders.

We will deliver the petitions to Capitol Hill on Thursday afternoon!
 Amassing 50,000 petition signers will send a powerful message.
