Who says health food has to be boring?!
I like to challenge those preconceived notions by creating recipes that are so good, you forget that you even liked junk food!
Here is one of my non-guilty pleasures.
Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
6 large medjool dates (or 1/4 cup honey/agave)
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter/cashew butter)
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Put tiny paper liners into a mini muffin pan and pour chocolate into
each liner. Refrigerate to harden. Store in refrigerator.
