Your circadian rhythm

Understanding your body’s internal clock—or circadian rhythm—is the first step to better sleep.

Your circadian rhythm (also known as your sleep/wake cycle or body clock) is a natural, internal system that's designed to regulate feelings of sleepiness and wakefulness over 24 hours. This complicated timekeeper is controlled by an area of the brain that responds to light, which is why humans are most alert while the sun is shining and are ready to sleep when it's dark outside.

Unless we come to understand and how to adjust our circadian rhythm - our life will be stressed and suspect to much more wear and tear on our body!  Making it a threat to our existence.

Most people are killing themselves by ignoring their circadian rhythm - the more things that you allow to take your natural rest cycle - the closer you get to diminishing your life forces. Forget the movies, internet chats and your cell fons!

The modern world has become more involved with many distracting and nonessial things. Try to separate yourself from the technological controls systems which will drag you down and dilute both your mind and time.

The nonstop 24-hour world of stuff will be the death of many a good person left unregulated!
It is your life, but you must learn how to best use it!
