What happened when the Crap master took over?

  Here's some food-for-thought, people. Back in 2007, before the election of Barack Obama, America was ranked 4th in Economic Freedom, out of 177 countries. In 2008, we ranked 5th. In 2009, when Obama took office (on January 20th of that year, although he pretended he was president already, complete with the background of a faux redo of the Oval Office), our country ranked 6th. And it was downhill from there. Our economy hadn't done that badly, since Clinton's second term.

But now? 

**  Notice the drag down of the US economy! 

It has been reported that America has now fallen out of the Top 10 countries listed in Economic Freedom. As a matter of fact, we rank TWELFTH.

The Top 10 are now:

1. Hong Kong
2. Singapore
3. Australia
4. Switzerland
5. New Zealand
6. Canada (Yes, Canada is now ahead of us. They used to be #10 -- four ranks below the U.S.)
7. Chile (isn't Chile a Third World country??)
8. Mauritius (an island east of the lower part of Africa)
9. Ireland
10. Denmark

Estonia (part of Russia) comes in at #11 and the United States of America, lands 12th.

 **  Surprise?

Well, why SHOULD we be surprised, since Obama complained even as early as 2004 (yes, he was being groomed for the position of POTUS a heck of a lot earlier than that), in an infamous interview with NPR, that the U.S. belonged on an even keel with the Third World countries and that our Constitution was a document that needed to be changed. That came from a person who hates America and EVERYTHING it stands for -- including FREEDOM; in this case, ECONOMIC freedom.

Sadly enough for those of us who did our research on this man, no one else paid the least bit of attention to the warning signs and we are now made to live in the same economy with those who, in my opinion, should not have been allowed to vote, unless they knew what they were actually doing.

It's a lot like getting a car. If you don't know how the car works and how to operate it, you shouldn't be driving. By the same means, if you don't know how the gov't operates, what voting entails or how important it is to the growth and economy of our country WHO we vote for, then you shouldn't be voting.

The past 50 plus years? Part 1 of

 Let's see I came thru WWII as a baby - with my Dad, step Dad, all Uncles and even one Aunt serving...

 Then I survived the Korean War as a grade school student who understood - that Korean was a peninsula much  like Fla where we lived...  After HS was in the Navy during both the Cuban Missile Crises and the wonderful Vietnam conflict!  While in the Navy participated in the NASA Mercury recovery program, and was involved in a foreign rescue of almost 100 person from an Islamic riot torn nation...  Later had a son who was in the Marines served during the 1st Gulf War...

  *** Plus many friends in all the services - during the past fifty years...  Worked for the Gov't  in the Navy - then Civil Service and County governments - then attended SPJC, USF and Harnischfeger Institute plus many special post college training events, seminars, advance classes and  special training schools over forty years of employment...

 My work as an engineer was in most of the states, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other islands; plus over 25  foreign countries - working in Nuclear and conventional power plants,  @ Industrial Controls, Heavy Industry, Shipping, Offshore Oil Rigs, Computer Power Data Centers, and many different type industrial plants - @ many Military Bases,  NASA sites,  upon Ships, Planes and in Government test labs and facilities...

  Have flown over 2 Million air miles, have over a Million windshield miles,  plus over 150,000 Nautical miles at sea...  So getting a good all round view is not in question -   This just to say that I have a good idea what has happened the past over 50 years... Because I was working and involved - not protesting and out running around at all hours of the night -    Been there done that - HUH!  

 Have been a good reader, studied Technical, Political, History, Geography, Statistics, both Math and Electrical Logic,  Art, Psychology, Sociology -  Plus had a wide study of life...
 But no human is perfect - yet we must be aware of the happening around us...
 This is not  about being great or special: - it is about following the the principles of Love and God!

 So have a good over view of what happened the past over fifty years!  I seek to study or reveal whatever is true, honest and up lifting in Blogs, emails, the written page, pictures and in personal contact!
I try to follow part of my High School Motto which stated:

 " I will try to make this (where ever I happen to be) a better place for my having been there! "

 We down Dixie way basically grew up fearing God - which meant the we read the Bible and pray believing that Faith will guide you... We try to  live honest and to help- share with our neighbors...
 Now no one is perfect - it is imperative so we follow Luke10:27 -  The Parable of the Good Samaritan

 Because if you can not or do not come to love your neighbor then you have truly have lose your connection with the Almighty God of the Universe!   This is your connection with Eternity!

 We will cover much of what it means to be the person you were meant to be...   Not the person society or a religious philosophy wanted you to be!   If your religion is not expressed in the form of pure Love then it is a failure!

Johnson & Johnson, Barnes & Noble, Dolce & Gabbana: the ampersand today is used primarily in business names, but that small character was once the 27^th part of the alphabet. Where did it come from though? The origin of its name is almost as bizarre as the name itself.

The shape of the character (&) predates the word ampersand by more than 1,500 years. In the first century, Roman scribes wrote in cursive, so when they wrote the Latin word et which means “and” they linked the e and t. Over time the combined letters came to signify the word “and” in English as well. Certain versions of the ampersand, like that in the font Caslon, clearly reveal the origin of the shape.

The word “ampersand” came many years later when “&” was actually part of the English alphabet. In the early 1800s, school children reciting their ABCs concluded the alphabet with the &. It would have been confusing to say “X, Y, Z, and.” Rather, the students said, “and per se and.” “Per se” means “by itself,” so the students were essentially saying, “X, Y, Z, and by itself and.” Over time, “and per se and” was slurred together into the word we use today: ampersand.
When a word comes about from a mistaken pronunciation, it’s called a mondegreen.

(The ampersand is also used in an unusual configuration where it appears as “&c” and means etc. The ampersand does double work as the e and t.)

  God set the world up so that humans could grow and learn how to live in peace and loving care...  In the Garden of Eden!   But then the Evil of Satan came upon the scene then humans began dodging and fighting sin in their lives ever since! 







The key to this life of sin and ensanity is to seek the only solution  - The Salvation offered thru the Gospel of Christ in the form of the Lord Jesus!

Let's return to the instances of madness. Planned Parenthood is in the business of snuffing out the lives of babies. We need to fix that in our minds. They snuff out babies. Now, we ought to allow a certain leeway, in human affairs, to stupidity and self-delusion. I suppose that an ignorant person seventy years ago could talk himself into believing that Planned Parenthood supported a tricky form of "abortion." The term itself was a euphemism; without the participle "induced," it simply meant "miscarriage." But that deception is no longer possible. We know that the fertilized egg is alive and is human in nature, and we have sonograms to give hands and feet and a face to the brother we want out of the way.
So let us fix it in our minds. These people smother babies in the cradle of the womb. They dismember them with stainless steel. They burn them in salt. They flush them out and dispose of them in biohazard containers, or, if they have a gruesome penchant for honesty, like Kermit Gosnell, they whistle while they work and preserve their trophies in a freezer.
They kill babies. They defend the killing of babies. They promote the killing of babies. We are surprised, then, to find that they are sexual nihilists and go for perversion? They've been peddling pornographic "information" to teenagers for years. They've been transporting teenagers across state borders, against federal law, to help them snuff out their babies. Whips and chains are tweezers by comparison. Defenders of Planned Parenthood say that the counselor was not indicative of the "service" they generally provide. Indeed.

Justin Trudeau, head of the Liberal party in Canada, announces that the Liberals will no longer submit any candidate who does not support the abortion license. A few Canadian churchmen and politicians protest this encroachment upon the consciences of party members.
The mayor of Boston, meanwhile, leads the Gay Pride parade while men in drag and various states of undress strut their peacock wares. The marshals of the parade are drag queens, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. These hairy nuns bear names like "Porn Again" and "Roz Erection." A policeman in Utah, tagged by his department to lead a similar parade, begs off and asks to be assigned traffic duty instead. He is slapped with a suspension. Some people are outraged that he would ask to be reassigned. Others are outraged, and justly so, that an arm of the state should attempt to force him to bless what he considered to be evil. No one asks about the nature of his objection.

A young man, the son of good new-fashioned liberated feminist parents, is attending a good new-fashioned sexually nihilist university. He and a young woman, a "friend," fornicate for a couple of months, and then decide that they are just friends after all. One night they are walking back to the dormitories after a party, drunk.
