Key vitamins everyone should have

Your Diet is the key to your health and a better life! Learn to check and see if you may need some to balance your life!

Date:   7/28/2022 12:28:00 AM   ( 9 d ) ... viewed 124 times

Vitamins are substances that your body needs to grow and develop normally.

There are 13 vitamins your body needs.

They are:

Vitamin A

B vitamins (thiamine,

riboflavin, niacin,

pantothenic acid, biotin,

vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12 and

folate)

Vitamin C

Vitamin D

Vitamin E

Vitamin K

** You can usually get all your vitamins from the proper foods you eat. Your body can also make vitamins D and K. People who eat a vegetarian diet may need to take a vitamin B12 supplement.

Each vitamin has specific jobs. If you have low levels of certain vitamins, you may get health problems. For example, if you don't get enough vitamin C, you could become anemic. Some vitamins may help prevent medical problems. Vitamin A prevents night blindness.

The best way to get enough vitamins is to eat a balanced diet with a variety of foods.

In some cases, you may need to take vitamin supplements. It's a good idea to ask your health care provider first. High doses of some vitamins can cause problems.

=====================

We shall go over some of the proper vitamins read and seek your health place!

What Do Supplements Do?

Whether they’re spilling out of your medicine cabinet or filling your bathroom countertop, you’re not alone if you’re one of the millions of Americans who take a vitamin or supplement each day.

You may be trying to combat a vitamin deficiency or lower your risk of certain diseases —- or you may just feel proactive about your health after popping a supplement that promises to improve your health.

From vitamin A to zinc, Americans have been taking dietary supplements for decades. When supplements first became available in the 1940s, people flocked to local drug stores to stock up on these supposedly magical pills to improve their overall health and well-being — and they never stopped.

Available-for-purchase consumer survey reaffirms the vital role supplementation plays in the lives of most Americans

Washington, D.C., September 30, 2019—In its 20th year, the CRN Consumer Survey on Dietary Supplements reveals the highest overall dietary supplement usage to date, with 77 percent of Americans reporting they consume dietary supplements.

The survey reports the majority of both males and females, aged 18+, take dietary supplements, which is in line with previous surveys’ findings. Among all the age groups, adults between the ages 35 – 54 have the highest usage of dietary supplements at 81 percent.

“While the industry continues to innovate, there is no denying that these regulated products have become mainstream. More than three quarters of Americans are taking dietary supplements each year—a crystal clear trend that serves as an indicator of the vital role supplementation plays in their overall health and wellness regimens,” said Nancy Weindruch, vice president, communications, Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN).

Who Takes Dietary Supplements? 77 percent of U.S. adults take dietary supplements.

79 percent of female adults

&4 percent of male adults

70 percent of adults 18 – 34

81 percent of adults 35 – 54

79 percent of adults 55+

83 percent of adults with children under 18 in the household

75 percent of adults without children under 18 in the household

81 percent of adults employed full-time

77 percent of adults employed part-time

68 percent of adults without employment

76 percent of retired adults

81 percent of adults who are married

73 percent of adults who live in the Northeast

74 percent of adults who live in the Midwest

80 percent of adults who live in the South

78 percent of adults who live in the West

With respect to the types of supplements being taken, CRN’s 2019 survey found that vitamins & minerals continue to be the most commonly consumed supplement category, with 76 percent of Americans having taken these products in the past twelve months.

The second most popular category is specialty supplements (40 percent), followed by herbals and botanicals (39 percent), sports nutrition supplements (28 percent), and weight management supplements (17 percent).

The rise of modern medicine and pharmacology
Around the mid-19th century however, modern medicine arose. Compounds were extracted from plants and botanical s to create the world’s first pharmaceuticals, and pharmacology was born. Not soon after, practicing any type of medicine legally required a college degree and medical license.

This slowly replaced and out competed traditional herbal healing approaches to health problems over time. By the mid-20th century, doctors no longer practiced any type of herbal ism. Herbal healing was no longer taught in medical schools, either.

Outside of the rapidly growing medical-industrial complex, however, value for herbal remedies continued to survive elsewhere: in the form of health foods and, as they’re called today, supplements.

What you should do instead of dieting - Weight is complicated

Your diet is about learning how to live & eat right!

What is clear, however, is that dieting isn’t just a matter of willpower, says A. Janet Tomiyama, director of the UCLA Dieting, Stress, and Health Laboratory.

“Something society doesn’t quite grasp yet is that weight is really, really hard to control,” she says. “When somebody gains weight or their diet fails, they blame themselves rather than the thousands of forces that are conspiring to keep that weight on and to make you gain more weight.”

A big part of the explanation lies in genetics; some people’s bodies store fat more readily than others, says Lofton. But there are plenty of other variables, including their activity level, how much sleep a person is getting, and what medications they’re taking.

There’s evidence, for example, that a poor night’s sleep disrupts levels of hunger-controlling hormones, leading to an increased appetite. And people who regularly work night shifts tend to gain more weight over time than daytime workers. “That can be really confusing for the body and people’s eating habits, if they’re working the overnight shift and sleeping poorly,” says Linda Antinoro, a registered dietician in the Nutrition and Wellness Service at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

A person’s job is just one part of their food environment—the context in which people make decisions about what to eat. For many Americans, what’s most readily available are so-called ultra-processed foods. Researchers are still trying to figure out whether the additives and preservatives in these foods can affect our metabolisms, Lofton says.

Hall and his colleagues are investigating the role that a person’s food environment plays in weight gain. In one experiment, participants who were offered ultra-processed foods such as Honey Nut Cheerios and margarine wound up eating about 500 calories per day more than people given whole foods such as apple slices and olive oil. This effect is particularly striking since the meals in each diet had the same amounts of fat, sugar, and other nutrients.

However, Hall acknowledges, cutting out ultra-processed food isn’t exactly simple; not everybody has the time, money, or easy access to fresh produce. “One of the reasons why ultra-processed foods are so popular is because they’re so darn convenient,” he says. “They are typically engineered to be quite tasty, they have a long shelf life, they don’t require a lot of skill or equipment to prepare, and they don’t take very much time to prepare.”

Why your body resists weight loss

On top of all of this, dieting itself triggers changes in the body that fight against weight loss. When a person slashes their calorie intake, Tomiyama says, their body reacts as if it were enduring a famine. “Your body evolutionarily thinks, ‘Oh no, we’re in starvation mode…we have to get really efficient,’” she says. In other words: the dieter’s metabolism slows down, and they wind up burning fewer calories.

Hall and his colleagues have seen this firsthand with people who participated in the extreme weight-loss competition “The Biggest Loser.” While competing, the participants shed more than 120 pounds on average. Six years later, though, most had regained a fair amount of weight. Yet their resting metabolisms still remained sluggish. The people who’d kept the most weight off were those who’d increased their activity level by the greatest amount. In a surprising twist, though, they were also the participants whose metabolisms had slowed the most.

“It seems like in those folks, the lifestyle interventions that they had continued in order to keep the weight off were still being met by this continual resistance by the body,” Hall says.

Dieting also causes a person’s appetite to increase. “You start to notice food more, and so it’s not just your body but also your brain that’s working toward getting you to eat more whenever you start depriving your body of calories,” Tomiyama says.

She and her team have also seen that dieting is just plain stressful. People who’d reduced their calorie intake had higher levels of the stress hormone cortisol than those who hadn’t. Being stressed only makes it harder to lose weight. “One of cortisol’s jobs is to signal your body to deposit energy as fat, especially in the belly region,” Tomiyama says.

And fat-shaming just compounds the problem, she adds. “When you’re treated unfairly or experience discrimination because of your size, that’s ironically triggering these processes in your body that make you gain even more weight that’s going to put you at even more risk for fat-shaming and weight stigma,” she says.

What you should do instead of dieting

Realistically speaking, Antinoro says, fad diets are rarely sustainable over the long haul. “We ask the question, ‘Is that doable for your lifestyle? Could you see yourself never having carbs for the rest of your foreseeable life?’” she says.

Still, it’s not surprising that diets remain entrenched in American culture.

“Socially there’s pressure to lose weight, physicians are pushing you to lose weight, and so it makes sense why people would want to do something about it,” Tomiyama says. “Everybody’s screaming at them to.”

Layered on top of this are the compliments dieters tend to receive as soon as they begin to lose weight. And with almost any fad diet, Hall says, there will be compelling success stories. For many people, though, dieting is ultimately a discouraging experience.

“I do want people to get away from that term of ‘diet,’” Antinoro says. “It implies you’re on or off, you’re good or bad, it’s black or white.” Instead, she suggests, think about health-oriented steps you can take in your daily life—even if they never change your pant size.

“It doesn’t always change the on-the-scale weight, but you’re seeing other markers that change in a healthy way,” Antinoro says. “Maybe it’s, ‘My blood pressure is better and I don’t need these three medicines,’ or, ‘I can play with my kids more and I’m not tired and am sleeping better.’”

Tomiyama recommends focusing your efforts on four key areas: stress management, getting good sleep, moving more, and adding more unprocessed foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet when possible.

“You’ll notice I’m not talking about taking away the Snickers; I’m saying get more kale and strawberries,” Tomiyama says. “As soon as you start thinking of it as depriving yourself, that’s going to set off the stress processes.”

Start small, she advises. Pick an action you can do in the space of 10 minutes, whether that means going for a quick walk, eating an apple, stretching before bed, or reading a chapter of a book to destress. “Let’s just forget about the number on the scale,” Tomiyama says. “These are things that are going to help your health regardless of the number on the scale.”

One approach that’s gaining momentum is called Health at Every Size, which is aimed at building healthy eating and exercise habits and cultivating respect for people of all weights. More studies will be needed to assess the effectiveness of HAES for different groups. However, Tomiyama says, emerging research indicates that these interventions can be beneficial for health even if—or perhaps exactly because—the focus isn’t placed on weight loss.

Changing one’s relationship with food isn’t always easy, and some aspects of what and how we eat or move or sleep aren’t entirely within our control. The COVID-19 pandemic has only underscored this reality.

“All the indicators show that our diets have become worse during the pandemic, people are engaging in less physical activity, stress levels are through the roof,” Tomiyama says. “This is such a tough time for so many people, and it’s going to be all the more important to have compassion for yourself and not get into this blame-and-shame cycle that can result from dieting.”

The Real Story of Christ's Miraculous Birth!

As a Bible scholar, I can say that this is the best example of the Birth of Jesus and he was not born in just an ole stable... He was born in a two-story, structure for the birthing and raising of young perfect lambs for Sacrifices at the Temple in Jerusalem!

"The gifts brought by the magi {We can not be sure the exact number! The number (3) was due to the reference to the number of gifts! Then it should also be noted what exactly was meant by the reference to on 3 gifts had been mistranslated - such as "Gold", when which was actually Turmeric known as gold in those days!"

No matter how many times I read this, I just cannot do it without getting chills all over!
Realizing that this is the actual real truth!

I bet you didn’t know that the following is about the manger in which Jesus was laid in.

Of course mangers are animal feeding troughs but in ancient Israel they were made of stone - not what you would see in a modern day nativity scene. Not comfortable, but great for protection. The building which was a stone 2 story structure! The main lower structure was  where  the lambs were inspected and raised so they had to be held to a higher standard!

That’s why those who were the experts in this matter, the Jewish Priests, would put their newborn lambs in them for protection. But not just any lamb, the unblemished perfect lambs only which were to be used in the sacrifice for sins. None of which could be blemished

Bethlehem, which is where Jesus was born and was FAMOUS for their UNBLEMISHED LAMBS used for the sacrifice. Which were the only ones which were blessed to become perfect unblemished lambs sacrificed at the temple in Jerusalem! In fact they were kept in a two story

These lambs had to be perfect so they would wrap them tightly in cloth and lie them in the manger to keep them safe. This is exactly why the only time mangers are mentioned in Jesus’ birth story, because it  was being told by shepherds.

In Luke 2 it says

“This will be a sign for you, you will find a baby wrapped in cloth and lying in a manger.”

The shepherds would have understood this powerful parallel! THEY KNEW what the cloth and the manger meant! This baby would be THE PERFECT LAMB OF GOD!

The Messiah, who would sacrifice His life for the sins of the whole world.
He wasn’t just a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes lying in a manger, He was GOD: perfect, sinless and holy, humbling Himself to become the perfect sacrifice to reconcile us back to Himself!!

This my friend, was the reason Christ was the Perfect Lamb, and thus, WHY we celebrate Christmas!!

1) Where are we going any way???

Tales of trips, and where I have been over the years. Then there is how did I get the Name " Kerminator? " Well, it was some years back when the Terminator movie was out! My first name Kermit; so when My youngest was 15; thus so when they Saw the movie - They said you are the Kerminator, and then it stuck and here I am world famous!! Here I am!

Date:   4/28/2005 8:27:04 PM   ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2012 times

The whole thing started when I was a young 6 years old boy, my Grandmother, or  Mrs "O" as we called her, came to take me to Fla...

In a Studebaker car, which was about 500 miles, but what did i know just going on 6 ...
Well we spent the most time wondering thru south GA, this was before the Interstate System, [which was built for the military use done ya know] was built so it was two lane, with dirt roads and wooden bridges.....

The whole thing took a week i thought, in reality it was about twelve hours.... The worst part i thought was the rickety wooden bridge, where each car one at a time single lane drove on boards long ways about the width of the car....

Mrs "O"s car was a 47 Studebaker, and she told me it got 40 MPG.... Not bad, of course there was no A/C, had a radio but could only get about three stations on the way down, most of that was Hank Williams stuff....
Well we made it and so started my traveling career over the years...

Having spent over two million Air miles on aircraft, on every major airline and a many minor airlines.. Have flown most all type aircraft, have been Choppers and on Single engine, and of course, all of the various Jet Aircraft!

** When I was 12 our next door neighbor moved in from Texas and had a Beech craft Bonanza. So he invited me to come learn how to fly! So I learned how to take off and then how to line up and land! It was a valuable learning experience Thank You; Mr. Mason!

Spent many over a Million s of Auto Windshield miles! Both in the USA as well as driven several over seas, some of which were over Seas; never got around the driving on the wrong side of the road down very well...

Have done trains and buses from time to time.... Have been on all the major oceans of the world.... Crossed the big pond several times, and seen 25 countries, and from below the equator as well as over the Arctic twice!.

Gone thru all the major storms types, and lived to tell about it. Been on Subs, aircraft carriers, battleships, worked on semi-submersible drilling rigs, and many other type sea going ships. Have over a couple of Thousand Nautical miles at sea. From 160W to 70E Longitudes - From below the Equator to over the Arctic Circle!!

This is some of what I will discuss later, plus what happened along the way, Then there were some import people and so forth, who I saw, met, and or missed....

Stop back stay tuned... About for the trips of my life.
* BTW Save a seat for me....

This is a story very much like the format of the "cold water" blog by 9th body, based on personal experiences, just I started way back when, read both and you will have a good sense of what happens to people when they do things...

One thing you should learn is to Listen to my theme song,
" I Hope You Dance! "
by Lee Ann Womack!

It sets the purpose of life!

Lower Your A1c Level

How to Lower Your A1c Level

By Elizabeth Svoboda
Medically Reviewed by Michael Dansinger, MD on September 06, 2021

When you have diabetes, you probably know you should check your blood sugar regularly. Your doctor will also recommend that you take an A1c blood test a few times a year, with a goal of lowering the results to help protect your health. And there’s a lot you can do to move toward meeting that goal.

Unlike a regular blood sugar test, the A1c test measures the amount of sugar that clings to a protein, called hemoglobin, in your red blood cells. The test shows your average blood sugar levels over the past few months, so you know how well your diabetes is under control.

In general, the goal for your A1c is to be lower than 7%. Exactly how much lower will depend on your individual treatment plan. When you take steps to get your A1c in a healthy range, you lower your risk of complications such as nerve damage, eye problems, and heart disease.

Your doctor will let you know the best target for your A1c. How do you get there? Here are a few tactics to try, in addition to taking any medications your doctor prescribes.

Get some new kitchen gear. You’ll want to get a set of measuring cups and a kitchen scale if you don’t already have them. These will help you with your portion sizes. Your blood sugar will go up if you eat more food than your body needs. Keeping servings in check is a good way to reduce your A1c level.

At first, it’s a good idea to measure your food to give you an idea of what healthy portion sizes look like for different foods. That’s where the measuring cups and scale come in handy. You may be surprised at first to see what one serving looks like, especially of high-carb items like cereal, rice, and pasta. But this will help ensure you don’t eat more than you intend to.

Be carb smart. It’s true that carbohydrates affect your blood sugar more than other nutrients you eat. Chances are that if you overdo starchy carbs on a regular basis, your A1c number will start to creep up. But remember, all carbs aren’t a problem. You want ones that have a lot of fiber and nutrients, more than those that just serve up starch.

Tweak your plate. Experts advise filling about half your plate with vegetables that are low in starch, such as carrots, greens, zucchini, or tomatoes. One-quarter of your plate should be a lean protein like chicken or tofu, and the last quarter should be whole grains like brown rice or quinoa.

Make a plan. The guidelines for what to put on your plate give you a lot of flexibility. But even though it sounds simple, you’ll probably be better off if you plan your meals. Why? If you skip set menus and eat on the fly, it’s easy to end up with calorie-dense, high-carbohydrate food choices -- like fast food, bagels, and frozen pizza -- that will cause your blood sugar and A1c numbers to soar.

Instead, at the start of each week, pencil in a rough plan for what foods you’ll eat at each meal and what groceries you’ll need. This way, you’ll be prepared with plenty of choices that limit post-meal blood sugar spikes. A Mediterranean diet, which is low in saturated fat and high in vegetables and fruit, reliably lowers A1c numbers.

Maybe downsize your weight loss goal. Not everyone with type 2 diabetes is overweight. But if you are, you may not need to drop as much as you think to make a difference in your A1c level.

If you’re overweight, diabetes doctors will often recommend you try to lose just 5% to 10% of your current weight. Here’s why: As you shed extra pounds, the insulin in your body lowers your blood sugar levels more efficiently, which will cause your A1c levels to drop over time. In one study, people with type 2 diabetes who lost 5% to 10% of their body weight were three times as likely to lower their A1c by 0.5%.

You may have a different goal for your weight or other health considerations on your mind. Ask your doctor to help you make a weight loss plan that matches your overall goals.

Rethink your exercise plan. Other than upgrading your nutrition, exercise is one of the most important habit changes you can make to lower your A1c. But don’t just grind it out on the treadmill, or you’ll miss another effective workout: strength training.

No offense to the elliptical machine or your cycling class. You can choose whatever type of exercise you prefer as long as it’s a challenging workout. Both aerobic exercise and resistance (weight) training lower A1c levels if they’re part of a regular routine.

There’s solid science to support how much working out helps you whittle down your A1c level. Since exercise prompts your muscles to take up sugar from your bloodstream, it helps your blood sugar levels drop more quickly after you eat a meal. As you make exercise a regular habit, you’ll see a downward trend in your A1c numbers.

Never miss your meds. You can reliably lower your A1c through diet and exercise. But if your doctor has prescribed medication, such as metformin, miglitol, or insulin, it’s important to take them exactly as prescribed. If you miss doses regularly, your blood sugar numbers may creep up and cause your A1c to rise. But if you follow the medication plan that your doctor recommends and go to every appointment, your blood sugar should stay under control -- and your lower A1c number will reflect that. If your goal is to cut down on, or even stop needing, your meds, tell your doctor that you want to work toward that. But don’t stop them on your own.

Be savvy about supplements. Many dietary supplements say they’ll lower your A1c. But there’s not always much research to back that up. Still, some may have promise. These include berberine, made up of extracts from a variety of plants, and coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), an antioxidant that reduces inflammation in your body. Cinnamon may also lower A1c levels over time. As with any supplement, it’s best to check with your doctor first.

Put your plan on repeat. Stick with it and give it time. Since your A1c level reflects your average blood sugar over several months, it’s going to take that long for your A1c to drop. You won’t do everything perfectly, and that’s OK. Just keep moving in the direction you want to go in. And rest assured: Your A1c number will come down, and it’ll be worth it.

From grade school onward, complex multiplication has been a headache. But an assistant professor from the University of New South Wales Sydney in Australia has developed a new method for multiplying giant numbers together that's more efficient than the "long multiplication" so many are taught at an early age.

“More technically, we have proved a 1971 conjecture of Schönhage and Strassen about the complexity of integer multiplication,” associate professor David Harvey says in the video below.

The Schönhage–Strassen algorithm, developed by two German mathematicians, was actually the fastest method of multiplication from 1971 through 2007. Although a faster method was developed in 2007, it's rarely used today.

Schönhage and Strassen predicted that an algorithm multiplying n-digit numbers using n * log( n) basic operations should exist, Harvey says. His paper is the first known proof that it does.

Harvey picks the example of 314 multiplied by 159—a large equation, sure, but much larger ones are used every day in real-life scenarios. To solve the problem, most people are taught to multiply each individual number together, and then add up the sums:

9 is multiplied by 4, 1, and 3; then 5 is multiplied by 4, 1, and 3, and so on. The result ends up with 9 digit-by-digit products.

For some, seeing a word in the middle of a math problem might be enough to make their eyes glaze over like they did in algebra class. As a refresher: log is short for logarithm, which helps people decipher exponents that make numbers squared or cubed or even something higher. So 2⁵ is 32, but expressed logarithmically, it would look like log₂(32)=5. While it may seem like a mouthful, logarithms are crucial when numbers get much larger.

The Schönhage-Strassen method is very fast, Harvey says. If a computer were to use the squared method taught in school on a problem where two numbers had a billion digits each, it would take months. A computer using the Schönhage-Strassen method could do so in 30 seconds.

But if the numbers keep rising into the trillions and beyond, the algorithm developed by Harvey and collaborator Joris van der Hoeven at École Polytechnique in France could find solutions faster than the 1971 Schönhage-Strassen algorithm.

“It means you can do all sorts of arithmetic more efficiently, for example division and square roots," he says. "You could also calculate digits of pi more efficiently than before. It even has applications to problems involving huge prime numbers.

“People have been hunting for such an algorithm for almost 50 years," he continues. It was not a forgone conclusion that someone would eventually be successful. It might have turned out that Schönhage and Strassen were wrong, and that no such algorithm is possible.

“But now we know better,” he says.

Duck and cover - who is the real U?

Most people avoid putting their real personal " self - the real person "  which is right out where everyone can see all ! -  WHY?

Date:   10/28/2021

Why are we humans so difficult to be really -  truly known?

Mainly because we are not not really sure if really we love ourselves! It comes down to an identity problem! Much of the world's social system is based upon the " perfect  " { type of people they want to be}!.

As Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister, Aunt, Uncle, etc down the line of human geology! We want to remain hidden or out of sight to the public around us. There are not really all these perfect {Movie actor - Sports types around!} The Beautiful , so-called perfect people really do not  exist!

So it all comes down to trust mainly because most people will or do not really love or like us! So much of the world has been based upon comparing yourself to all these perfect or excellent type people!

This has placed most of the walls up and divided much of the world's population! Therefore most people in history have been hiding or canceling their true selves to the world!

Until you and I are willing to let down our hair so to speak - this pretend human trend will continue to dominate the society! This tends to drive how people interface and /or reside with their neighbors!

The total population will never be perfect or all beautiful, or all-knowing or all strong or any

" Perfect Person " or it is not going to happen -  at least here in this earthly existence!

What is needed is to teach us. that imperfections do not make us unworthy;  Only The Dear Lord; because we are just humans!

When we can trust each other to know and understand everyone is different! Then we can trust each other enough that can share our dreams and differences! In place of all envy and personal fighting! Only Agape Love never fails!  Which is God's perfect Love!

Then we can come to love and respect our fellow humans share hopes, loves, and cares so as to be more of the one world-class of humanity!

This is what " Love your Neighbors " really means and is all about!

We all have different talents, desires, strengthen, and weaknesses! So start to get off the hate and selfcenteredness, Which will open human life to be the complex society that it is - through  learning to love our neighbors!

Love holds together the Grand Plan for the world. Try it!
This is based upon the special love of your neighbor which is the mutual knowledge of humanity! This will bring about an open type of honesty bringing about the " Miracle of intimacy " = which would be a new kind of openness and bring a binding love!

** This has nothing to do with the intersexual prevalent issues in recent news! PLUS has nothing to do with any of the recent anti-God beliefs!

Learn to LOVE YOUR NEIGHBORS!!

to me

Hi,

Are you sick and tired of seeing your hair fall out in the shower, or having to cover over your bald patch every day?

Then you need to start eating THESE two foods.

Just 14 days after adding these 2 unusual but delicious foods to his daily meals, a 43 year old man from Ohio who was as bald as a golf bear began to notice his hair ‘regrowing’.

30 days after that and he’d regrown 92% of his hair – completely naturally.

But it gets better…

These two compounds, found in a variety of everyday foods, have now been used to develop THIS breakthrough cure for hair loss, which has already helped 62,786 men and women to regrow thick, full and healthy hair in as little as a few weeks.

Feeling a little skeptical?

I was too.

But then I saw this shocking video.

Talk soon,

P.S. According to studies, hair loss can lead to depression, social anxiety, agoraphobia, and even addiction. Why suffer the emotional pain of hair loss when you can reverse it in 14 days with THIS breakthrough home remedy?

Ingestion of 35% hydrogen peroxide

peroxide

Unlike dilute (3-9%) hydrogen peroxide sold for home use as a disinfectant and topical antiseptic, 35% hydrogen peroxide is used primarily for industrial purposes and for cleaning fruits and vegetables. It has also been promoted as an alternative health remedy, known as “hyperoxygenation therapy.”
