There are times? - Part 1.


 There have been times when I have wished things had turned out differently...

 This happens to everyone at some time in their life!    -  Why??

 Well we all have desires and needs some which are proper and necessary - others which are beyond our grasp; more like a dream...   The key to this dilemma is to seek the truth and be honest at all costs...   because if you stray too far from the basic provisions and boundaries in your life - things can get very difficult in a hurry!   This is the reason for having and following Good Moral convictions...

  Really you may say??

Yes, I know because, there were times when - I have ventured out beyond the safe guards of life and found the hurt, anguish and the disappointment of sin...

   How and why ??

We humans were sent here to experience the use of our free will...
Which is why God gave so you have the ability to make choices -
How ever such freedom and liberty requires several factors which must be
 followed to ensure your having a good result and not a complete failure...

Maybe you have heard of the  " Law of the Jungle"??
 {Which is where might domination attempts to control everything...}
** Notice the word " attempts" - because while in this human form we can
 do certain things -  many of which are very destructive  -  the overall result
does not really perform as we had planned or wanted it to happen...

   Hummmm??

So just being a Big Man on Campus - does not always get you
 the results you had wanted...
We can lie, cheat and steal - but sooner or later {always later}
 things will even out...
 Such dominating action usually if not always leads to failure
 on the part of those whom  try this approach...
History is replete with such unsuccessful programs in the long run!

What must we do to get you to understand how this has worked??

Guess many of you must have slept through history classes??

Be prepared or not?


  Yes,  it has always been better to have something when you need it rather than need it and not have it with you!
Because it is better to have something and not need it ; than to not have something and need it!

The fact of the question here is the difference between conservative type people who strive to be prepared vs those "slack" people, who seem to wonder and float thorough life in a confused state of ignorant bliss...

As a former SPL in Boy Scouts; I take the motto " Be prepared " seriously, in all aspects of life!

 One of the problems in the society today is that many live as if there is no tomorrow - when they should be learning to do what is best...  This class of people tend to be the one who seem to run out of Gas on the road,never have a trash bag in their vehicle,  and no real spare tire or tools to change  if needed...  They are more likely to just throw trash out the window. of live in a trashy environment...
They're the ones who over use the emergency systems like 911, hospital facilities or the handicap parking, or stand around on street corners for a free handout,  etc....  

Why?

Mainly because they have no real boundaries in life...

Everything is a by guess or by golly happening!

 Many even have come to believe that the world owes them something!
The truth is neither the world nor anyone else owes you anything folks...  {Now ; there are certain special needs people who should require help!}
But the vast majority of this certain class of these slack people - have formed a new dependent group status... Not handicapped  - just plain lazy! 
In the past 50 years there has grown up a class of people who have been led to believe {by a certain political party} that the Government is suppose to support them...

They attempt to falsely justify this because of the  " general welfare " clause in both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution!  Yet the true meaning of general is the over all view; not the limited "specific welfare " as they purpose it to be....   Their view is a self serving view - not the general for everyone view of the original statement!

General Welfare
The “general welfare” clause is mentioned twice in the U.S. Constitution: first, in the preamble and second, it is found in Article 1, Section 8.
The preamble reads: “WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquillity, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution refers to the “general welfare” thus: “The Congress shall have the Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States. . .”
The preamble clearly defines the two major functions of government: (1) ensuring justice, personal freedom, and a free society where individuals are protected from domestic lawbreakers and criminals, and; (2) protecting the people of the United States from foreign aggressors.
When the Founding Fathers said that “WE THE PEOPLE” established the Constitution to “promote the general Welfare,” they did not mean the federal government would have the power to aid education, build roads, and subsidize business. Likewise, Article 1, Section 8 did not give Congress the right to use tax money for whatever social and economic programs Congress might think would be good for the “general welfare.”
James Madison stated that the “general welfare” clause was not intended to give Congress an open hand  “to exercise every power which may be alleged to be necessary for the common defence or general welfare.” If by the “general welfare,” the Founding Fathers had meant any and all social, economic, or educational programs Congress wanted to create, there would have been no reason to list specific powers of Congress such as establishing courts and maintaining the armed forces. Those powers would simply have been included in one all-encompassing phrase, to “promote the general welfare.” 

John Quincy Adams, sixth President of the United States, once observed:
“Our Constitution professedly rests upon the good sense and attachment of the people. This basis, weak as it may appear, has not yet been found to fail.”

It is NOT the government’s business (constitutionally) to “help” individuals in financial difficulty.  Once they undertake to provide those kinds of services, they must do so with limited resources, meaning that some discriminating guidelines must be imposed.
(so many who need that kind of help- so little resources to provide it.)

The Founding Fathers said in the preamble that one reason for establishing the Constitution was to “promote the general welfare.” What they meant was that the Constitution and powers granted to the federal government were not to favour special interest groups or any particular classes of people.
That there were to be no privileged individuals or groups in society.
 Neither minorities nor the majority was to be favoured. 

 Rather, the Constitution would promote the “general welfare” by ensuring a free society where free, self-responsible individuals - rich and poor, bankers and shopkeepers, employers and employees, farmers and blacksmiths - would be able to enjoy “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” rights expressed in the Declaration of Independence.

 {The Gov't is only an entity}

 General welfare is not specific welfare - rather the over all condition not a certain small group only application!

God gave each of us a free agency to choose how to live our lives with whatever consequences...   Not to be waiting on others... 
 Because it is not only difficult but it is impossible to provide for specific welfare of everyone...

Things of Life...


Most people tend to think only in the very small world of themselves... 

**  Self centeredness is the main cause of most all the world's grief!

Which due to the limits of life - 
                         you have few resources or real opportunities.


The Bible tells us we see things incompletely now and that God's
 thoughts are not our thoughts. 
 
Jesus in Matthew 5:43 is helping his hearers to
delve more deeply into the need to love others. 

To "see" that even loving your neighbor is not enough. 
On a deeper level, we need to love even our enemies. 
This reveals more about God than anything else.
You (we) need to know that there is far more in the 
unseen Spiritual World beyond; than in this sighted physical world!  

 Future Glory   Romans 8:18-25

24 For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen

 is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?
 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance 
we wait eagerly for it.

 The sufferings of the saints strike no deeper than the things of the time, 
 last no longer than the present time, are light afflictions, and but
 for a moment compared to Eternity.

 How vastly different are the sentence of the word and the sentiment
 of the world, concerning the sufferings of this present time!    Indeed 
the whole creation seems to wait with earnest expectation for the period 
when the children of God shall be manifested in the glory prepared for them.

Of this how fearfully regardless are the bulk of mankind!

Believers have been brought into a state of safety; but their comfort 
 consists rather in hope than in enjoyment. From this hope they 
cannot be turned by the vain expectation of finding satisfaction in 
the things {of this world} of time and sense.

 We need patience, our way is rough and long; but He {Jesus} that
 shall come, will come, though he seems to tarry.   His appearance is near!

The interwebs are now, officially, considered a “public utility” according to the Federal Communication Commission. After two weeks, the FCC has finally released its 400 page plan to regulate the internet. (I’d say something snarky about this, but I honestly don’t know whether or not that’s still allowed… And, as a follow up: Do you really think it takes 400 pages to ensure an “open and free” internet?) Naturally, the next step would be for government to begin subsidizing internet service to potential Democrat voters low income citizens. According to the National Journal:

The Federal Communications Commission plans to soon begin working on a proposal to subsidize Internet service for low-income consumers by expanding its Lifeline program, which is mocked by conservatives as the "Obamaphone" program. 
Wait… I have an idea: We can set up some sort of a federal exchange or marketplace. Maybe some DC bureaucrats can determine what “adequate” internet service is, and mandate that every citizen purchase a minimum amount of broadband capability?

All three Democrats on the five-member commission have publicly said they want to use federal money to help ensure that all Americans can afford to get online. Lifeline—which despite the Obamaphone nickname was created during the Reagan administration—currently subsidizes only phone service.
Gosh, they make it sound so harmless. I mean, people are only getting iPhones and Androids through a federal subsidy program originally set up to facilitate landline accessibility for low income America. What’s the big deal? Oh, and by the way, this is why it’s called “Obamaphone”:

Even supporters of the $1.7 billion program admit that it has been plagued by fraud and abuse. The FCC and the Justice Department have tried to crack down in recent years on companies scamming the program.
Here’s the problem: The entire system works much like Hillary Clinton’s “voluntary” surrender of official emails… It’s on the honor system. Most companies (I’m looking your way, AT&T) basically get to determine for themselves whether or not someone is eligible for the subsidy. And, funny enough, the rest of us suckers who actually pay for our own iPhones get to fund this wonderful telephonic redistribution scheme through various fees and taxes on our phone bill.

But, that’s okay; because the FCC is confident they can suddenly expand this welfare program without expanding the burden consumers are already shouldering. After all, if government is good at anything it is expanding programs while restraining budget growth, right?

In all fairness, internet service is becoming more of a modern day necessity than a luxury.

But Republicans have already called for expanding low-income accessibility to the world-wide interwebs, while reducing the waste-plagued Obamaphone programs.

Of course with Net Neutrality being accepted, and internet service being deemed a ‘public utility’, it won’t take much for the FCC to suddenly decide that a couple of fines and fees are in order to fund their latest entitlement handout. So, for anyone who still seems to believe that 400 pages of FCC regulation are harmless and benevolent, go look at your latest cell phone bill. All those fees and taxes were not enacted overnight. As it turns out, regulating industries into the ground costs quite a bit of money, and government agencies have a penchant for raising capital from America’s middle class. Now the FCC has the authority to tax your internet connection for whatever charitable scheme they ultimately devise.

Although, if you’re one of the millions of newly impoverished Americans (thanks Obamanomics) there is a silver lining: You might soon be able to get your own “ObamaModem.”

It is the enemy of any and all who use fear to coerce or influence any civilian population. An argument could be formulated that some of the AMA's and CDC's statements violate the Patriot Act by using fear to intimidate and coerce a civilian population.

That would be Terrorism.

Speaking in opposition to Iran’s nuclear program, Netanyahu proclaimed, “Even if Israel has to stand alone, Israel will stand.”
But Tzvi Yechezkieli, an Arab affairs expert for an Israeli TV station, which aired the entire speech, albeit on a delay to guard against political “electioneering,” said that many Arabs were in agreement with the substance of Netanyahu’s remarks.
Even a commentator for Al-Arabiya TV said that he probably could have written most of the speech himself.

Yechezkieli said that most of the Arab countries have become convinced that President Barack Obama is not concerned with their safety and security with regard to the secret deal being negotiated with the Iranian regime.

Faisal Abbas, editor-in-chief of the English version of Al-Arabiya, wrote an op-ed entitled, “President Obama, listen to Netanyahu on Iran.”

Abbas wrote, “In just a few words, Mr. Netanyahu managed to accurately summarize a clear and present danger, not just to Israel (which obviously is his concern), but to other U.S. allies in the region.”
But perhaps the strongest support for Netanyahu, along with the harshest criticism of Obama, came from the Saudi paper Al-Jazirah, which published a hard-hitting piece by Dr. Ahmad Al-Faraj, according to Western Journalism.

“Since Obama is the godfather of the prefabricated revolutions in the Arab world, and since he is the ally of political Islam, (which is) the caring mother of (all) the terrorist organizations, and since he is working to sign an agreement with Iran that will come at the expense of the U.S.’s longtime allies in the Gulf, I am very glad of Netanyahu’s firm stance and (his decision) to speak against the nuclear agreement at the American Congress despite the Obama administration’s anger and fury,” Al-Faraj wrote.
Dr. Al-Faraj continued, “I believe that Netanyahu’s conduct will serve our interests, the people of the Gulf, much more than the foolish behavior of one of the worst American presidents. Do you agree with me?”

The speech was reportedly even broadcast in part in Iran, at least until Netanyahu began to become critical of the Iranian regime.

This reaction is stunning, and certainly not what anyone would expect, as Israel is roundly hated by virtually all corners of the Arab and Muslim world.

However, the Arabs have lived next to a nuclear-armed Israel for decades with no issues. They fear that the same cannot be said for Iran, should it acquire the nuclear weapons it has long sought.
Something is seriously wrong when the pundits and commentators of the Arab world accept Israel and Netanyahu’s word over that of America and Obama.

That should tell us something about this deal that Obama and Valerie Jarrett are working out in secret with the Iranians.

What's the Difference Between Allopathic and Osteopathic Medicine?




There are two basic types of medical training: allopathic and osteopathic. The traditional medical degree, the MD, requires training in allopathic medicine. Osteopathic medical schools award the DO degree. Both attend medical school and receive substantial training (4 years, not including

The curricula of both schools are similar. State licensing agencies and most hospitals and residency programs recognize the degrees as equivalent. In other words, ostepathic doctors are legally and professionally equivalent to allopathic doctors. The important difference between the two types of schools of training is that osteopathic medical schools take a holistic perspective on practice of medicine based on a belief in treating the "whole patient" (mind-body-spirit) and the primacy of the musculoskeletal system in human health and the utility of osteopathic manipulative treatment. DO's emphasize prevention, a historical distinction which is less relevant as all of medicine increasingly emphasizes prevention.


Admissions
There are fewer DO programs than MD programs with about 20% of medical students entering DO programs each year. As compared with traditional medical school, osteopathic medical schools have a reputation for looking at the applicant, not just his or her statistics, and therefore likely to admit nontraditional applicants who are older, non-science majors, or seeking a second career. The average GPA and MCAT scores for incoming students are slightly lower in osteopathic programs, but the difference is rapidly falling. The average age of entering osteopathic students is about 26 years (vs. allopathic medical school's 24). Both require an undergraduate degree and basic science coursework before applying.
The main disadvantage of choosing osteopathic medicine is that that you may find yourself educating patients and colleagues about your degree and credentials (i.e., that a DO is the equivalent of an MD).

6 years later??



**  Before the 2008 election was held, I tried to warn America of what was coming.

If we ignored what the Constitution explicitly said regarding the eligibility of presidential candidates, then the founding documents that held our nation together and set it apart from the rest of the world would be rendered meaningless.

We would no longer be governed by the rule of law, I predicted. We would be governed by the rule of men.
Now, more than six years later, we are saddled with a president who knows no one is going to hold him accountable to the law. After all, if we didn’t take the Constitution seriously on a matter of the few and simple eligibility rules it set forth regarding the presidency, why would the Congress, the courts and the people hold him accountable other laws of the land?

The results are in. The evidence is clear. The history has been written.
Barack Obama has abused his authority as president to, in effect, legislate new rules on immigration, after making repeated public comments making clear he knew he had no such power. He even neglected to follow his own executive branch rules in issuing what has been incorrectly termed an “executive order,” as WND first reported. And now he ignores a federal judge’s ruling on that fine point.

This is one of a thousand examples of how the rule of law has been abolished in America today, for all intents and purposes.

It gives me no satisfaction that I saw this coming and that I pointed it out over and over again over the last six years. I would have preferred to be wrong. I would have preferred that Obama respected his oath of office. I would have preferred that he faced real opposition when he didn’t. I would have preferred if America’s system of checks and balances on power worked the way they were intended. I would have preferred that a federal judge or the Congress of the people held Obama accountable to the Constitution back in 2008.
It would have saved America a great deal of pain and suffering.

Even worse, Americans don’t seem to have learned a lesson yet.

They have even less respect for the law today than they had prior to the 2008 election debacle between two candidates with eligibility issues. Only the future loser’s lesser issues were even scrutinized and ruled upon by the U.S. Senate.

In reflecting on all this, it seems like a bad dream.

Does anyone care about the rule of law anymore?

Does anyone care about the Constitution?

Does anything matter?

Is the system hopelessly broken now?

From 2008 through 2015, many people told me the eligibility issue was simply not important. Obama, they explained, had to be defeated on his political agenda. To me, flouting the Constitution demonstrated Obama’s political agenda. It exposed it. It revealed it. It demonstrated it. Flouting the Constitution was the agenda.

That’s what I thought then. Today, I am 100 percent convinced of that fact.

More than six years later, the questions about Obama’s eligibility remain. How could a man whose father was a non-American and a mother too young to confer natural born citizenship on her son be eligible for the presidency?
 But no one cares – except late-night comedians. The whole issue has become one big joke.
Sadly, so has the rule of law.

Giving a pass on the constitutional eligibility test in 2009 was like allowing the camel’s nose under the tent. Since then, the camel has entered the tent and done what camels do when allowed inside – wreaked utter havoc.
